I do not normally review but I have stayed here on and of all year for work and always thought the carpets and lounges were in need of replacing.Seems like the new people running it have had them professionally cleaned and they  now look great and clean.The park is also  looking better each time I arrive with new paint and a few repairs. Hard work is worth a review from me while having a beer in my cabin.

Good stay for workers 

Arrived late at night and booked direct with the park on our way to Shepparton - the cabin was dark, dingy disgusting, everything very old, falling apart and dirty with lots of stains on the sofa and kitchen table greasy (not wiped down). Broken light switch in the bedroom so lights don't turn on.  All I can say is they have an absolute hide and no shame charging $$$ for that, only that I got there late and everything else in Shepparton was booked out so I was forced to stay there otherwise I would't have, even if I got it for free.  Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Oh! and she stings you with $200 if you don't wash up the dishes after yourself (read the fine print), anyway I didn't need to worry about that as I wasn't game to use them.  

Dark, Dingy, Disgusting Old Cabin

All the features you'd expect from a caravan park, pretty clean and well maintained. Not quite walking distance to shops or town, somewhat quiet but noise from trucks on the main road. Has a small playground which is on sand rather than tanbark. Very friendly staff.

Friendly and good quality

Great clean and tidy cabins and park very quite and amazing staff will definitely stay again. Good internet with smart TV's and great heating and cooling with split system.  Everything you need for a stay

3 night stay

The caravan site that we were placed on was very generous and easy to get into. As we travelled with a group we were all placed together, which suited us. The grounds were neat and tidy. And the amenities, even though they were old, were kept very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We have recommended this caravan park to others, and we will stay again

A great place to stay in Shepparton

Spent two nights here this week. Friendly efficient customer service and help before I arrived after hours. Good grassy site with concrete pad and plenty of trees.

Amenities not new but spotless and a great shower.

Once again a fantastic experience. We stayed in one of the new executive studio cabin which was very comfortable. Couldn't fault it.  
The reception lady was very helpful as well, even let us in a little early.
We will be back next time we are in Shepparton.

Great cabins

Great basic cabin that met our needs. Heating worked a treat for the cold nights & the hot shower was fantastic after a day exploring the surrounding area during the cold days. We will be back to stay later in the year. 

Great place to stay

Worst park that we have stayed in & we have travelled extensively around Australia.  Yes we had a budget cabin but we did expect that it would be clean - mould in the shower, hand basin, wardrobe. Exhaust fan in the bathroom had a empty shampoo tube pushed in it ??? to stop the fan vibrating!!  When we mentioned to the caretaker the state of the cabin he stated that it was a older cabin & that he would inform head office - SORRY BUT AS THE CARETAKER ONE WOULD EXPECT THAT HE WOULD KNOW OF THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES.   WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARK.


STAY AWAY

Lovely park. Small but cosy cabin, could do with a few more utensils. cutlery, glasses etc   in kitchen. 
Friendly welcoming staff. Heating made cabin warm, shower was excellent, camp kitchen was well set up.
