We booked my daughter in for a week, but found there was no mobile reception in her room which she required as on call at work. We made 3 calls over 12 hours to the hotel number asking for an upgrade to a room with reception (which we were prepared to pay for). Each time we were told they would get back to us, but there was no response by midday, the day following booking in so had to leave and find other accommodation. That afternoon, over 24 hours after checking in they came back to us agreeing that there was 'poor'reception' and offering an upgarde. We could not do that as had already moved but the hotel refused any refund. 
So....extremely poor customer service and lack of reception in some rooms which is totally unacceptable.

Poor customer service and no mobile reception in basement rooms

It feels like you are entering a private club as you phone the private number to gain entry to this bespoke hotel. The rooms blend the heritage building with modern styled comfort (Oh the comfort of the bed!). The location is fantastic - Lucky Chan's around the corner is a must. Highly recommended if you like a bit of character in your hotel experience.

Bespoke and comfortable

Was horrible. We were in room 1 and the reception phone rang alll night long and kept us up. An alarm kept going off. And to top it off, we used 2 of the white towels and because they had the tiniest smudge on them they charged us $34 for the two photos below! Wth! 
Would not recommend. And if you do, I suggest you take your own bloody towels because the smallest smudge will cost you $34 bloody dollars.

Horrible

The service is crumby. Also I was fine with $40 taken from the bond due to a small amount of eyeliner left in towel. Unreliable and not worth the money spent. STAY ANY WHERE ELS PEOPLE the place is not even clean. Crumbs under the bed all the coffee pods gone almost as if staff spend time in the rooms.

Good location, small boutique hotel. Room is nothing fancy, but reasonable size and clean. Not much service is available, so the hotel will suit those who want a good room in a convenient location. Will go back again for sure.

Good Hotel

I used to live in this hotel in a nice room with a comfortable bed. The location is in Northbridge, some walkway needs to be bought. The reception is occupied from 10 to 18 hours each time - so to speak (when I wanted to check out and pack my luggage, I had to call a phone number at 10:30 to get someone to come). So if the address is not in the time window mentioned, it has to be called for the check-in/out.

A little embarrassing.

Charming and somewhat atypical hotel. Upstairs room with a beautiful and large terrace. Very clean. Large bathroom. Furniture and cozy furnishings that make us have a good time. Serviceable and professional staff. The neighborhood is lively and offers a large selection of restaurants nearby.

Charming hotel.

When we arrived, we were told that we had been relocated to a room of the upper class, Kingsize. The room is spacious and equipped with a very comfortable box spring bed. It also includes a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine, tea bowl, free mineral water refrigerator and room juice. The shower is also spacious. The location is quite central and about 10 minutes from the nearest stop of the blue cat. (Gris Bus) The restaurant is only open next door and is located in the middle to the upper segment of the Old Crow. Breakfast is served in the hotel, which is the only restaurant that serves coffee and snacks.

Good city hotel

Very good hotel close to the city centre where all amenities are within a few minutes walk, Perth train station, shopping areas, restaurants, museums and centres of interest. In the vicinity of the hotel, full of restaurants for meals. The reception is friendly with good advice and you can even ask them to take you out. The room we were assigned is in the basement and very clean. Nespresso+2 capsules coffee shop and 2 tea bags and kettle are available. We are well in this nest.
