Closeness to where I was working, walk to the city amenities.
What was bad
Very noisy air conditioner, even noisier fridge and a tinge re the smell of cigarette smoke. Also, damage to the rooms kitchen bench and a wet bathroom. The lounge was worn out and uncomfortable. This was a single room for a disabled person.
