We really enjoyed our stay of three nights here.
Trigg Treat B&B is a first class custom designed for the purpose of B&B based in Trigg. It is about ten minutes walk from the Trigg seafront and two minutes from the bus route which gives access to Sterling Station and Perth, for those without transport..
Sue is an excellent host and provides breakfasts in the morning which are of excellent quaiity.  Upstairs there is a sitting lounge and a well stocked kitchenette for anyone wanted to prepare snacks.   The quality of the bedroom furnishings and linen are also of excellent quality. Sue and her husband Bryce are very personable and we enjoyed our chats with them. I  would have no hesitation in booking this property again if the need arises, which I hope it will.

First Class place to stay

For those looking for a bed and breakfast near the ocean, with an excellent host, quiet surroundings and facilities second to none, Trigg Retreat is the place to stay.

Spacious room, en-suite shower, very comfortable bed, individual heating and air-conditioning, a guest lounge in which to relax and more.  

Would I stay there again: yes indeed, and without a single doubt that I'd receive the same exemplary standards, courtesy and facilities.

Meticulous presentation with lovely little gestures like chocolate on your beside table, tooth brushes in bathroom
Host very helpful and friendly, with plenty of information available on tourist attractions and places to dine including some discount vouchers.
Lovely walks on beach side walk/ cycling track, so bring your bike.
Small shared basic kitchen and private lounge.
TV & Netflix in your room , private bathrooms.
Your own small fridge& Coffee making facilities in room.
Just a lovely quite spot💜

Sue never fails to make me feel welcomed and feels at home!

I couldn't rate B&B this more highly.The room had everything you could ask for - beautiful, tasteful furnishings with fresh flowers and chocolates, first class linen and it was spotless. Then there was a cosy sitting room for all the guests’ use, a kitchen attached with tea, coffee, snacks available 24/7. Books and DVDs were available if Netflix and apple TV wasn’t enough. The location was fabulous, a short walk to the beach. Wanting to explore the area, we didn't elect to have breakfast, but the menu was very extensive. We arrived late due to a drama with our flights which we had missed and Sue very generously let us stay the entire day of departure as our flights were at 11pm, which was incredibly kind.

Trigg Retrat B&B was a great place to stay. It was perfect. The room was large and very well equipped. The breakfast was very nice. The reception was also perfect. Also, Trigg is located in a cosy pavilion area away from downtown Perth, a few steps from the beaches and restaurants.

It's a great stay.

This was an excellent B and B. Sue couldn’t do enough to make our stay so enjoyable. Everything was available for us in the way of comfort and advice on places to visit. We were given discount vouchers for excursions, restaurants etc. She even went out and bought my husband some H P sauce for his breakfast! That is service.

Four day stay

This B&B is beautiful with plenty of breakfast and the walk to the beach is only 400 meters! The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. You can give a discount for some assets. I liked it and especially the comfortable off-street parking.

The place is exquisite and the owner is very kind.

Our stay at the Trigg B&B was great. Sue made us feel very welcome there. Everything was perfect and we felt at home. The breakfast was very excellent. The B&B is close to the beach, but also very close to Perth. We will definitely go back there.

We spent seven nights at the Trigg Retreat B&B and would be back right away. Sue (the hostess) welcomed us very kindly and we felt comfortable under her roof from the beginning. The breakfast selection was very good and lovingly made. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable in it. The location of the Trigg Retreat B&B is ideal for people who want to combine a city holiday with beach days. We walked to the sandy beach in Trigg with waves and snorkel opportunities within five minutes (just a stroll to the beach). To get to the city centre of Perth, there was a bus stop at the same house every 30 minutes.
