Stayed in this service apartment in 2015 with my wife for about 2 months. I had booked the 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen facility and 2 bath. Easily one of my best stays so far. The apartment is generally neat and clean. ~10-15 min of walk to the city center and close to the CBD. Many restaurants and grocery store(s) near by. Wifi was little weak but was promptly addressed. Typically the folks were very helpful even though the service could have been a bit better (although it would be premature to look for a 5 star service from a service apartment). The best part of the team was their flexibility with regards to the payment terms and willingness to bill every 10 days and agreeing to bill me on the first day of stay (rather than making the full upfront payment for the entire stay at the time of booking). 

Big spacious rooms with great Kitchen facility

Booked these apartments in Jan. Arrived in Oz with an email to say we were staying at a different address. Apartments were clean and well equipped but were in the middle of China Town with a derelict building opposite with homeless people sleeping on the verandah. Apartment was good but not the location.

Apartments moved

Well appointed, roomy 2 bedroom (2 bathroom) apartment with full kitchen.  Spotlessly clean but some maintenance issues.  Good value. Close to Blue Cat stop.
Northbridge itself is not a terribly salubrious area but we had no real issues.

Would definitely stay again.

Good Apartment Close to Transport

Booked direct and got a two bedroom apartment. Very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and included a washing machine and tumble dryer. A small balcony with BBQ was a nice touch. Handy for local shops and restaurants in Northbridge or an easy walk into Perth CBD. Free, secure parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Well equipped and good loaction

Close to the city and the bus stop which give you the access to the City easily.

The apartment was comfortable with full kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The Apartment will have a free secure parking for overnight.

The bedroom was huge but the bathroom needs some upgrade. Dual air conditioning systems for cool air or heater.

Check-in was 24 hours which give a good flexibility on the arrival

Neat and cosy Apartment

The Verandahs is convenient to the Blue bus, short walk to the bus stop Russell Square#4.  Caution needs to be taken at night. Few unsavory people loitering the streets. We were ok but people should be aware. IAG is 15min walk to get supplies. Macdonalds is a 20min walk. Opal Cafe 2min walk is great for lunch n breakfat.

Convenient

High price - performance ratio. I can only recommend. The center can be easily reached on foot or by bus. Many bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (10-15 minutes). Parking is in the underground garage.

Shortcut

My apartment was in Northbridge, a scene district with lots of bars, restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of the central train station and downtown Perth. The location couldn't have been better. There was a supermarket right around the corner. The apartment was spacious, fully furnished (washing machine, counter, dishwasher, dishwasher, air conditioner, toiletries, and even a milk and water in the fridge). Everything was new. The bed was big and comfortable. Everything was also very clean. The reception was also easy to find, from there I was taken to the apartment. There was no one at the reception, a free phone number hanging outside and the 5 minutes later the place was super-clean and nice. Everything was super-clean and nice. Everything worked fine after two weeks of work, but I was really happy to be here (and I was really happy to be here!)

Couldn't have been any better!

We stayed 11 nights in an apartment with a bedroom on Lindsey Street. Very cool and caring staff. Furnished apartment, with laundry and open kitchen. Free parking and wifi. The best part of the apartment is the insulation, you hear everything that's going on outside (if I'm saying it all because you even hear people going outside even if they don't say anything). It's hard to sleep at night, especially for the baby.
