Loved the ambience of the hotel as soon as I walked in the door. Gorgeous decor, friendly, helpful staff, excellent restaurant, comfortable rooms, great price, great location, quiet. The mini shampoo/conditioner/body wash/moisturiser were amazingly scented

I did not like how me and my partner got treated here with the reception we traveled from a 4-5 hour drive from the lower south west As we booked Online to stay at the ingot As we arrived we got told we couldn’t stay here, we only needed a couple hours sleep as we was so tired and almost had a crash on the way up due to driving tired !! Then we was getting back on the road again, we felt like we was being pushed out after we couldn’t stay the reception kept naming other hotel for us to stay at while we sat on the couch to look for somewhere else to stay we 100 percent did not feel welcome as we where tired and just to remind you we almost had a crash due to driving tired I think your reception would of rather us to crash then stay there !! Me and my partner had no choice but to sleep in the car

Upon arrival checkin was smooth & quick, received complimentary chocolate which was nice. Requested a certain room type and they gave us a perfect spot. Room was spacious like everyone reviewed wasnt expecting it to be that big and enjoyed the space very much. New and neat very well thought out rooms had everything we needed. Guttered I didnt get to use the dishwasher or oven as was short trip..but gave washing machine work for its money haha was great! Only thing was had to pay $2 for a powder which is strange should get a complimentary one for each day of stay since I paid price for a room that has washing machine..but wasnt a huge problem. Also, shower seal is broken as water leaks outside of room towards sink, if you want to know which room number just message me (hotel personnel only) so can fix problem was in rush checkout forgot to mention. On checkin was told its $100 bond per night which I wasnt aware of either so make sure to check and budget to allow for that too.
However, everything else was great. Would stay again. 

Very Good Stay - Deluxe 1bed appmnt

I stayed twice at the Ingot Hotel in March 2020. It's in a very handy location being relatively close to Perth Airport and the Belmont Forum Shopping Centre. I found staff there to be very friendly and courteous. When COVID 19 travel restrictions are lifted (and they will!) I'd definitely recommend staying here for a short break. Next time I'm in Perth I'm sure I'll book into the Ingot :)

Very clean and modern

I used to enjoy staying at the Country Comfort Bel Eyre in Belmont, sprawling like Hotel California, with its palm trees and low rise rooms. When they told me the Bel Eyre was making way for a multi-storey hotel next door, I was disappointed to say the least. Not any more however.
The Ingot is modern and new, built in a u-shape around and outdoor pool area. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Check in/check out was pain free, and secure outdoor parking is available on site. The hotel is very close to the airport (10 minutes) making early flights a lot more accessible. It's also easy to jump onto freeways to head to other parts of Perth for business.
Sitting at the bar one evening, I overheard a manager call some staff together for a quick team talk. He explained that the hotel was pretty full, with extra guests due to airline disruptions. He thanked the staff for coming in, asked them to help each other as much as they could, and everyone went to work. With great behind-the-scenes service like that, you can't go wrong at the Ingot.

My first Choice in Perth

Great hotel really modern and freindly staff highly recomend staying here, really great atmosphere, dinning room is great, great outside area really nice pool. Even a  compimenty airport shuttle to pick up and drop off when travelling threw. I recomend staying here AAA+ 

Great hotel really modern

Excellent hotel, great staff.  I arrived in late evening after a delayed flight - phoned for courtesy transfer bus, great to be at hotel a few minutes later and really cheerful Reception staff even though it was late.  Comfortable, clean modern room.  Quiet.  Super staff the next morning on check out as well.  I didn't use all the facilities, but fab to see an airport hotel with so much available.  When I next need a night near the airport, I'll definitely stay here.

Most comfortable stopover

10 min from Perth Airports,  complimentary hotel shuttle minibus will pick you up/ drop you off at International or Domestic Airports. 
Late check inn / very early checkout wasn’t a problem, good food at lounge bar. Friendly staff and felt safe at this hotel.
New hotel about 1 yr old, King size bed & pillows very comfortable good size room for price. Clean hotel
Will be staying here again for accomodation near Airports ! Forget the others 


1 night stay near Airport

As a very regular customer of Crown PERTH - I’m more than happy that I made the decision to try a new hotel after being continually dissatisfied with recent stays at Crown.
Overnight stay with family on our way home from holiday.
Close to the airport with free shuttle bus.
Efficient check in.
Extremely clean, great restaurant, fantastic staff and lovely pool area. Very good value for money. 
Can not rate this hotel highly enough. 
Will definitely return. Nice to see a familiar face from Geraldton who is working at this hotel and is a great example of 5 star customer service.

Great find

We ended up staying here for two nights after our flight was cancelled. We rocked up in the early hours with many other travellers who were on our flight. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Considering they hadn’t been given much notice from the airline I think they did brilliantly accommodating everyone. A lot of the guests were whinging and moaning at the staff like it was their fault but they just kept on smiling throughout. Clean rooms, lovely food and a great pool area. Thanks to all the staff who were so helpful during a really stressful couple of days
