I stayed here for three nights for business. The host is very personable and helpful and provides a fabulous breakfast. My room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I slept very well. There is a train station in easy walking distance and also a food court. The location was perfect for me in terms of areas of Perth I needed to visit.

Excellent value.

Friendly and Comfortable Stay

I stayed here for 4 nights whilst house hunting in Perth. Vicki was a brilliant host and very friendly. Nice clean room and very comfortable double bed.  Plenty of on street parking and I was able to park on the driveway. Also less than a minutes walk to Thornlie train station. Cooked breakfast every morning and plenty of tea and toast. Fresh fruit and yoghurt as well. Very good facilities. Good value for money as well. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are staying in Perth

Excellent bed and breakfast

The room was nice, the parking worked well, and home was lovely and inviting. Vicki gave us a much-appreciated coffee upon arrival. Breakfast was superb for a B&B, and plenty of it. A couple of minutes walk to the train station, although that does mean you get to hear the trains in the front rooms.

Host Vicky was very friendly and helpful and the place very clean and comfortable.  Great breakfast.  Excellent location close to trains and buses.  Walking paths close by along river.  Good birdwatching.
