We stayed in a budget cabin to attend the Autum festival in Brigth .  The cabin was nice and clean, easy to heat, the bed was comfortable and the iternet was good didn't have any problems. 
The Managers are nice and where very helpful.
Will defnetly stay again.

Nice Caravanpark

The Pines Caravan Park in Porepunka is run by Narrell and Mark they bent over backwards to make our stay a fabulous experience 

Nothing was to much trouble for them 

The facilities were fantastic clean and well maintained 

There is a solar heated pool / kids water slide

For caravaners the power sites were perfect nice and level and of a good size

The position of this park is located between  Mytelford and Bright beautiful pine forest at the front and the Ovens river at the back  

This park is a gem

A fantastic family Caravan Park

Although the park was really full, in the evenings it was incredible quiet and peaceful. Waking up to the sounds of the birds and river was so relaxing. I stayed in a superior spa cabin which had everything you could need. Only down side was the stairs up into the cabins are getting a bit rickety. That said  I'd stay again.

Peaceful experience 

Porepunkah Pines Holiday park, in March 2024  is managed, by two extremely professional, helpful, and friendly hosts, Sandy and James,  they gave us information on the area, and the dining in beautiful Porepunkah and surrounds,  thanks Guys.

We would have loved to stay longer, and will certainly be back.
The grounds are very well maintained, our cabin, was very comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Punka Pines great Park great Hosts

We’ve been coming here for 14 years and we’ve continued to come because the park has improved dramatically. The park is green and lush with beautiful trees. The park managers Sandy and James are extremely helpful, easy to deal with and keep the park in an excellent condition. The cleaners continue to do an amazing job and it has the best pool around. We will continue to come for many more years. 

Best Caravan Park in Bright/Porepunkah Area

A beautiful setting for our whole family to gather for a weekend catchup and activities, beautiful walking tracks from the park and access is ok to the river.
Extremely disappointed with one of the staff who on the Friday night "shut us down" from talking promptly with a warning at 9.30pm them another visit to put us to bed at 10pm when park rules are "to keep noise to a minimum " not a curfew and then another visit  on the Sarurday night it was an aggressive confrontation by the staff member who then proceeded to stalk us  and watch as we retired to bed. A disappointing experience that will prevent us from booking again whilst this is the management at the park. Just creepy and authoritarian, so sad for such a lovely spot. Oh and there's to be no noise til 7.30am, so don't take your kids

Booked 2 nights and stayed 5.
Gorgeous park. Lots of trees, birds, river frontage, good sized sites and immaculate amenities. Great location with direct access to bike tracks.
Managers were extremely helpful.
Very peaceful setting.
Definitely return.

A real treasure

Enjoyed seven nights  here.....An older park, however a very well maintained and very clean park. Park management were very helpful, and obliging. Good location, shady, and great sites. Look forward to returning in the future. 

Caravan park

We have just returned from a 4 night stay in a budget cabin. It was very small (we are 2 adults and 2 kids), basic and economical but we saw it as luxury camping with our own ensuite, kitchenette and two electric heaters keeping us warm in the chilly evenings. With linen being provided we did not need to take anything so it was great in that regard. Kitchenette had everything we needed and more. For the price we paid it was great value, really clean and well located. From here we could walk 5 mins along the river into Porepunkah, or cycle 5-6kms on a gorgeous section of the rail trail into Bright. We enjoyed being outside of Bright (5 min drive) as it was quiet and better priced. Kids would enjoy the pool in warmer months. A great option and a great find!

Absolutely brill

The title says it all.. reception was very friendly and helpful. Catered to out late check-in in an easy manner. Our budget cabin was very clean and good size, had a great aircon and 2 heaters. Kitchen cabinets full of anything you need. Park is well kept and playground/pool area is perfect for kids.
Overall great stay :)
