Great little apartment with a lovely vibe. When we checked in we were greeted with a sweet little apartment with gorgeous views of the topical gardens out the window. Awesome pool which was lovely to swim in, BBQ area, quiet and relaxing. A lot more spacious than we expected. It was clean and tidy, and comfortable (other than the bed, only reason for not giving 5 stars). The gas bottle was empty, we notified the office and it was replaced within hours. Great service and friendly. We requested a later check out with was not an issue. Nothing was too much trouble. Super happy to have spent 3 days here. Thank you 

Loved It 

Clean, spacious, good amenities, close to town and beach. Convenient parking, easily contactable and approachable hosts. Very comfortable apartment. Has everything you need and is an excellent price for its location

Value for money

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was everything in the apartment that we could need really they proved washing up liquid and laundry detergent as well as dish cloths and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom.
All equipment was provided in the kitchen area, pots pans, crockery etc. All we had to buy was food really!
The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable.
Pool was clean and well maintained.
Frank in the office was very helpful on check in and advised of tourist attractions that we should visit. Free underground parking and free laundry facilities.
Walking distance to the main street with shops, Coles, cafes, restaurants etc and Four Mile Beach is just across the road.
We really enjoyed our week here, we even got a laundry change mid stay, it was a home away from home! 

Loved it

A fantastic hotel.  Great room, modernised to a high level.  Very spacious.  Fantastic pool area with two hot spas and a sauna. Great location, short walk to every thing.  Friendly staff. Will return. Great place.

I was delighted with every aspect of our Seascape Holiday stay at Tropic Sands.  Fantastic value for money, wonderful service by the Seascape staff (thanks Sarah), streamline booking, wonderful communication, confirmation, information etc.  I was super impressed the responses to my phone call during our stay, I rang to say that our Smoke Alarm in the unit was making the occasional chirp as if the batteries were getting low - the handyman was there in 15 minutes to sort the issue!  The location was fabulous - only a few hundred metres from the main street where everything happens, and 200m from the beach in the other direction.  We live in Cairns (only 60km away) and have been to Port many times, and we came with all that might need to ensure a simple stay in our self-contained unit - umbrellas, salt & pepper, oil, mossie coils, beach towels, shampoo & conditioner etc. - we could have left all of these at home because our unit had everything! The Free WiFi was just that - free - not like some places where they advertise Free WiFi but it doesn't apply to your room!  There were 4 networks to choose from - simply select the one with the best signal. The laundry had 3 washing machines and 3 clothes dryers - no coins needed! The kitchen had everything that you needed - good sized fridge, all the appliances, crockery, utensils, cutlery you would need. The whole place was very clean. I could go on... I give this a 5 Star recommendation for anyone looking for an affordable, relaxing getaway at Port Douglas!

Great value for money!

As I said in the title those are Gorgeous Apartments, I went there with my girlfriend it was a gift from my parents who came to Australia to visit us so after all the hostel that we tried in Australia OMG that was a great gift.
This location is amazing the Apartment was all new new room, new shower everything was tidy, clean and beautiful. We felt at home. We had our little living room, our kitchen area, our balcony, a great shower and a supper bed and mattress.
It is the PERFECT place to stay if you want to relax, feel at home with all the comfort possible. 
We loved it!!!
