Another lovely stay must be around number 10 
Apartments are lovely,clean, beautiful views has everything close to beach and fabulous staff. 
Been staying here many times and always have a great time. Staff always so helpful 

Great views 

Had a third floor, 1 bedroom apartment. Even though lower down, still had a good view from the spacious balcony. Stayed for a week in this well appointed, neat clean and tidy apartment. Had a few minor maintenance issues (as most of these rentals do), but nothing to worry about. Furniture was a bit dated but comfortable enough. Cafes right out the front, nice park and foreshore across the road. The area was quite when we stayed but may get a bit busier and noisier during the warmer months. But it is a really good location and highly recommend.

Great location

Everything was amazing! Our server agustina at the pool and Julian his manager made our day! We stayed the whole day at the pool, filled ourselves with pina coladas and frose! Good prices for the pitcher!

Family trip

There are many apts in the Nautilus block. We stayed in apt 36 on the 5th floor. The apt was very large and well fitted out.  All the appliances were good quality as were the fixtures, fittings and linens.  The lady was there to greet us on arrival and explained everything really well including parking info.  She was also easily contactable by phone.   The air con was good.   The balcony was huge with great oceans views.  Location was good with restaurants, cafes and shops close by.. Would highly recommend this apt.

Excellent apt

Apartments so well situated. Lovely overlooking Churchill gardens where families and friends gather to eat and chat. Restaurants and take away food so close such a good choice. Spacious apartment everything in you could possibly need .Agents in easy reach to solve any problems which could occur. All ran smoothly.

5 week stay

Stayed at the Executive Stay apartment for the 3rd time in about 10 years. Overlooking the foreshore and park and in the middle of a number of restaurants. Some shops nearby too The beach is lovely. 
Apartment is very well equipped, clean and tidy with a lovely balcony. 
Swimming pool is very nice and usually quiet, apart from when owners have meetings there. It's a shame they drink and eat next to the pool with quite so much gusto. Noodles on the floor in and around the pool wwas not attractive. Will be back again I'm sure despite thus.

Always nice staying here

Just a short note to say how pleased we were with the service and the apartment following our recent stay.  The standard of the apartment was great and just what we were looking for, the sheets and towels were excellent and we were very happy with the regular cleaning service also.  

The pool and gym are quite quiet and excellent set ups; the pool was even heated which was nice when a cool sea breeze came in.

Communications with Rockingham apartments was easy and they were flexible with final payment which really helped too.

Incredible view,

We spend 3 nights in one of the apartments, located on the 7th and last floor, with a breathtaking view, an apartment with a large balcony, fully equipped (with blankets, plates, everything for cooking or dishes, laundry, oven, dishwasher, TV etc...), a very soft sofa, a super comfortable bed. In short, we recommend completely. Super well placed with activities all around. Parking covered for the car. And Jodie is very friendly, very hospitable and kind.

Perfection

The location of the apartment was superb, great views and close to restaurants. We saw dolphins frolicking which was so lovely. We went to restaurants and enjoyed walks along the foreshore. IGA is now closed though. 

The apartment is in need of a makeover. Many cracks and noticeable attempted repairs in ceilings. The fan in the bedroom would randomly come on during the night. No extractor fans worked in the bathroom or laundry.  The door stopper in the bathroom to prevent the door opening into the shower screen was missing. The grub nut on the towel rail was loose so the towel rail kept falling down. The recliner on the lounge was broken. The chairs outside on the balcony were in need of repair as the back of the chairs were slipping down. One of the biggest disappointments was the bbq had no gas. 

It was great having an apartment. We will be back to the area as we have family nearby. 


Fabulous views

Beautiful unit overlooking park & water.  Clean & comfortable unit with very comfortable bed & pillows, however I froze.  There was no heating at all , 6 degrees at night & just a thin doona on the bed.  It looked like the air-con was disconnected.  
Not anticipating this I had to pile the towels & my clothes on the bed at night.  
The smell first night was not too obvious - was late & I was tired.  Next morning it was bad so went to open glass doors from living room to balcony to air & found them unlocked & lock not working.  Had to go out early, not returning until late that night.  Stench then was bad in living area though could not find cause.  Putrid sewer smell by next morning.  
There is no reception - you ring a mobile, find a park in the street to meet & get key - & I had time constraints so could not complain until I left.  When I rang, lady said she knew about  smell, probably from 2nd bathroom which was locked off as I only rented 1 bedroom.   I was still allocated the unit and not warned or offered any discount.  I also had to risk leaving my belongings in the unsecured unit while attending my committments.
