The room was large, spacious and clean and good value for money, compared to Quest which is new but tiny rooms and pricey. Walk out the front, great bars and restaurants, beautiful park across road and straight into beach! So location is perfect. Master bedroom is big, comfy bed, got washer and dryer good sized kitchen with all utensils, highly recommended!

Great Location, Large Apartments 

My husband has been staying here for years when on projects in Western Australia.  I have joined him on two visits now.  When I got here, I ran into Peter, the maintenance guru, who welcomed me and remembered me from my visit last year.  When I went by the office, Te welcomed and remembered me as well.  Karen, the cleaning lady, brought my husband and me an apple "rose" treat that she made herself.  Melody brought a clothes airer when she noticed I was hand washing some delicates.  When I went to the office to ask a question, Leanne was very friendly and helpful and the manager, Ann, told me how pleasant my husband is when he checks in.
I guess what I'm saying is that in a world of "pick a number", there are still places that treat you like you are special and that it is a pleasure to give great customer service.

Great staff

Our young family stayed here for 2 nights in April in a 2 bedroom apartment.

We were in a ground level apartment towards the ocean end of the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean and suited our needs well. There was a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

The beds were very comfortable and they had a portacot for our little one.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, directly across the road from the Rockingham Foreshore. There are great restaurants out the front of the hotel and a short walk away are a supermarket, news agency & bank.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Excellent

Stayed for five nights as a couple and teenage son. Really enjoyed the quietness of our level 3 apartment overlooking the naval base and Rockingham Park. A short 10 min walk to the main hub and 2 min to the closest restaurants. Spacious living areas clean and comfortable, kitchen adequate although we ate out. The back entry gate onto the beach front was really helpful. Also enjoyed secure parking. 

Proximity and serenity 

We booked into a two bedroom apartment which was pleasant enough but again it was the small things that let it down.  There were doonas and covers on the beds, but the covers were stained - obviously not laundered recently.  Triple sheeting would be much better and more hygienic.  The 2 bedroom apartment came with 2 bath towels!  Bad luck if there were more than 2 of you.  There was a 'child proof' window in the main bedroom which meant it only opened about 3 inches and I like fresh air when I sleep.  The 'children's room' had no such impediment.  Weird.  And there were no blankets, I always replace doonas with blankets if I can.  There was also a hole in the ceiling and the fan in the bathroom was incredibly noisy.
