The views in the rooms are great unless you are unlucky enough to get the wrong suites. No discount, no forewarning of bad view. Very poor service. 

The jet bath has been removed as well. 

My suggestion is to stay anywhere that is honest about their product. 

Very bad impression left after 1 night, and management did not care.

Hopeless - do not stay there

Needs to be renovated and maintained properly.
Staff to be more friendly
Phones should be located in all rooms
Pools should be policed and a lifesaver should be available at all times.
Food court should be arranged for people to eat at instead of their rooms.

Indecent resort

The age range at this resort was all ages. We were a couple having a week away but there wer grandparents, families and even young couples.
The staff , check in , maintenance men and. Learners were all welcoming. The heated pool was a favourite daily. We were able to take a good walk to the city centre or the marinas. The eateries around were great.

A great place for families or couples

Our stay at resort enabled family to visit us there in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy activities, especially for the younger children, while catching up .  A short walk to the  beach and local shops was convenient, removing need to use the car all the time.

The resort is very good all the staff were very friendly, and the resort is well maintained and kept very clean, it is in a good location and there is a pub next door which serve very good food, would highly recommend this resort and we will go back.

Good resort

I was not happy because we paid $300 deposit and was not refunded. We cleaned the unit before we left and didn’t break anything and i am surprised why and yet they didn’t say no refundable. The floor was sticky not very clean 

Dissatisfied

Always good I have been there before and is always dependable
2 minutes walk to a nice beach or if not they have an indoor heated pool onsite there.
Shops across the road  supermarket and take away places
Pub next door which is also a betting agency and they serve good food and they also have skimpies in the main bar to serve you.
Town and main shops is only 5 minutes drive
Or you can get on a bus and train to go to the city of Perth quite easily
Plenty of activities and things to do and see around that area

Silver Sands

We stayed 2 weeks at the Silver Sands Resort. It had all the facilities we needed. Hot pool cold pool,3 spas,BBQ tennis courts, games room,adult quiet lounge,units very well equipped. 
Will definitely come back on a regular basis. Restaurants a plenty, but you must book. 

Lay back and relaxed

We have been going to Silver Sands Mandurah for a number of years.   It is a lovely place to stay. The office people are very helpful.The rooms are very neat and comfortable.We reconmend staying at Silver Sands resort Mandurah.We will continue to holiday there.
