reception either empty or kept us waiting for ages. bee clothes weren’t changed, just remade with same linen. pillows too hard. the photos online didnt match the shower. ALL coffee in room was decaf. sugar / tea not refilled in the morning. bins too small for room with kitchenette. not towels provided for pool / gym.
