    What was good

    Excellent location. Light rail right outside door, quick 5 minute walk to beach and Cavill Ave. Restaurants in immediate vicinity.

    Room was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and views over river were superb. I cannot fault.

    Immaculate in all areas.

    Absolutely 5 star staff and service. I travel a lot and use a lot of IHG hotels, none come close to this one.
