This B&B is in a lovely location - we had a room with ocean views. The host Bob was welcoming, informative and nothing was too much trouble. Although the room and bathroom were small, it was spotlessly clean, had coffee and tea making facilities and comfortable for the two of us. An added bonus was the wonderful breakfast with a variety of choices. All freshly made depending on your order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in recommending this to other travellers.

Lovely B&B - wonderful host

Freycinet Waters is a lovely B & B in Swansea, from the moment we arrived Bob and Karen made us feel special. Our room was beautiful with a lovely outdoor area to sit looking across the road to the beach. Bob was a master in the kitchen cooking up a beautiful breakfast. We loved everything about Freycinet Waters thank you Karen and Bob you are both perfect hosts and we will definitely recommend your B & B

Perfect stay

Freycinet Waters is a lovely B & B situated across the road from the ocean! It is owned and managed by the very friendly Bob and Karen. Our room though small was clean and comfortable with ocean views!
A full hot English breakfast is served each morning, with freshly squeezed orange juice, cereals, coffee or tea and toast!
We stayed two nights, and had an amazing pizza on the first night, and dinner in the seafood restaurant the second night!
Would recommend booking into this delightful B & B well in advance, as they are very popular!

How do you describe the perfect stay 

Let me try 

Bob greeted us on Sunday evening at 7 pm after our long flights down from Townsville 

He kindly left us a shrimp bun, hummus and olives so we didn’t have to worry about food 

Our apartment was upstairs and had views over the sea .it was stocked for breakfasts and had tea,coffee and other supplies , the bed was amazing  we slept well.

Bathroom with fluffy towels and a washing machine a gods send when traveling 

Nothing was too much trouble 

Bob was the perfect host

A perfect stay in every way

Bob & his wife were fantastic hosts at this lovely central Bed and Breakfast in Swansea.
They seem to have thought of every comfort and amenity a traveler requires and made a very cosy private and welcoming room.
Bob explained the surrounding area on arrival and treated us to a lovely choice of breakfast options the next morning.
Exceptional value for money.

Fantastic Bed & Breakfast.

We are fussy, but could not fault Karen and Bob’s service and facilities.  They went out of their way on a few occasions over the weekend to accommodate our fussy ways.  And Bob’s breakfasts are amazing!

Money well spent, service above and beyond

Arrived in Swansea whist passing through to Hobart. The whole place was simply stunning so decided to stay overnight. We were greeted by Karen and Bob who we found to be so friendly. Stayed in an ocean view room which was beautiful. Bed was so comfortable along with the electric blanket. Thoughtful little touches like sweets and port and tea and coffee added to our relaxed feeling. The little balcony was another thing we liked. Breakfast was excellent and would not hesitate to stay here again

Perfect Location

Good view of the Bay. Woken by the soft sound of little waves breaking on the beach. Room was compact and had everything needed. Spotlessly clean, Welcoming hosts. Good advice shared about local attractions and restaurants (book ahead). Great location right in town walking distance from most things. Beautiful Bay walks from nearly at the front door. Well appointed.

Very Comfortable

What can we say it was an absolute gem of a place to stay. Location and views were fantastic. The room has everything we needed, was clean, and warm, the bed was comfortable.  Owners have gone to a  lot of attention to detail, such as the inclusion of a cheese board and knife and complimentary port.  Bob made a good job of cooking the breakfast, it was amazing.  Double glazed windows made the room quiet and comfortable, although the room has air conditioning for heating it was not needed. Karen and Bob are so welcoming, my wife wanted to stay longer. Highly recommend.

Outstanding place to stay

On the south edge of Swansea, Freycinet Waters was a sweet small tidy place from which to explore Freycinet National Park and area wineries. Several restaurants within walking distance, particularly Bark Mill Tavern and the Waterloo Inn, the latter a chef-driven wonder.
