Do NOT stay here. This place is a hell hole. 

When we arrived the lady at reception said to call anytime if anything went wrong…..

Every door in the cabin looked as though it had been kicked in Atleast five times. The bathroom was full of mould and older than my grandmother. The carpet was sticky and filthy, same with the lounges. Every surface felt greasy and sticky and the kitchen was filthy. 
The hot water didn’t work, I tried going to reception (was closed) calling reception and the after hours emergency contact with no answer and a message bank. Left messages and tried calling multiple times with no answer or call back. Emailed the place and never received a reply. 
Do not go here. 

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! HELLHOLE!

My brother and I spent the weekend there. The receptionist was lovely , kind and accommodating.  The room was very clean and the location is great and very quiet. 
We look forward to our next stay.

Great location, friendly staff

Queen cabin was old, outdated and smelt, looks like it had water damage around the floor skirtings, the couch and floor was covered in stains, milk offered in fridge was complete mould (view pictures) bathroom fan was sounded like a plane. Picture advertised of bathroom on webjet website was different to what we got. Bed uncomfortable. The tv remote was for a different tv and wouldn’t change the channels, Receptionist was pleasant but wouldn’t recommend cabin.

Don’t waste your money

We stayed here as a group of 13 to attend a function at Maldenes. The staff were exceptional and rooms clean and comfortable. It was a perfect location to walk to and from our dinner venue and ideal with a swimming pool and park across the road for the kids. Panthers is also near by. 
On checkout we misplaced a room key and upon returning home found it which we quickly posted back. The staff were so understanding and worked with us to resolve. 
From a price point you can’t go wrong. 
We had people from from the central west, central and south coasts and Nepean Shires was the perfect meeting point. 
Cannot speak highly enough of this as a first choice when staying in Penrith, especially for families.

Exceptional

Where do I start we rec a phone call from management when we was in our way telling us that they had made our check in easier.
Keys will  be left in the safe for you to collect. After a long journey we arrived collected keys and went to room dropped bags and went out for dinner as it was Valentines day.
On our return  my son freaked out as there was a cockroach sat on his bed I immediately sent a message via booking.com to advise .
Any accommodation worth its salt would have called me 1st thing Monday morning not this one when we got up we actually assessed the apauling condition of the cabin we had been put in see pictures!!!
I sent a complaint to the property and booking.com our stay was for 4 nights so we could see Sydney.
But we chose this accommodation so we could have chill days in between and use the pool  no way was I spending anytime in this room so was leaving early morning to get out.
1st communication I had was on Tuesday morning telling me they was cleaning a re furbed cabin and keys would be left in the safe for our return.
The message relayed to booking.com was they had offered an upgrade??? And $50 off our reservation only to hear this morning its off our next stay as if we are going to book here again wont let me attach pics thus place us not fit for a dog

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We stayed for two nights this weekend gone.    Rooms are dated, and in need of a complete refresh, showers are dirty and mouldy.  

Beds extremely hard, and rooms very very noisy, can hear everything within about a 10 meter radius inside and out. 

We will not be back!

WILL NOT BE BACK

This place needs a serious face lift. Carpet and floors are sticky. Couches and beds tied and dirty, need to be replaced. Holes in the walls and the rooms have a funky smell. Does have a large bathroom with a bath. Reception stuffed our booking up and where rather unhelpful. Would not recommend staying here.

Tired and dirty

I recently stayed for one night at the Gateway Lifesytle Nepean Shores in Penrith. It's a little different to the normal motel arrangement in that it is a "Gated Community" establishment ,with permanent residents living onsite in "Villa" type accommodation. Several of these are also used for non permanent guests like me wanting accommodation that is cheaper than a motel. This place met that purpose. Please note if you are after WI-FI, you will need to look elsewhere, as this place doesn't have it.

Let me say the chap at the reception was excellent. He was very friendly, helpful and informative. While I couldn't check in early, he arranged for me to park my car in front of my villa and explained where I could collect me key from when I got back (The office closed at 4 pm). I had a great chat to him while I waited for my tax.

The villa I stayed in was extremely basic to say the very least. It was very tired looking and definitely needed a bit of tender loving care to restore it to it's former glory. For example a splash of new paint would be a good start.

Having said that, it served it's purpose very well. I only wanted a place to crash for the night so having all the modern cons and luxury's wasn't important to me. While the mattress was saggy, I still slept well, as the villa's are set well back off the road, so noise is not a issue. The shower had good pressure and there was a jug, coffee, tea, sugar and long life milk provided so one could make themselves a cuppa.

This establishment provides excellent value as long as it stays under $90 a night.

Absolutely would come back.
