Rooms messy (down to guests).
Wet towels all over the bathroom floors (left by staff).
System for collecting mail not the best.
Staff availability often limited (but you can use app).

The relaxed mood and the possum passing by one night - it is really hard to resist their eyes :)
What was bad
When checking-in I did not felt very welcome (got more the impression that I am disturbing). However, it was efficient and a early check-in was made available.

Our app has lower prices and more options! You can also pay by Apple Pay and Android Pay there. Besides, you can easily access your booking vouchers in your personal account even if you're offline.
