The loft studio we had was fab. It was comfortable  and clean, with good furnishings. The staff had left the gas fire on to ensure the studio was warm when we arrived and they were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space. The only ‘negative’ was the position of the microwave oven  which was high up. I had to reach on tiptoe to get any hot dishes out of the microwave which is definitely a health and safety issue. Despite that I would highly recommend staying there.

A great venue to stay

Arrived to a dirty room.
Balconies dirty and neglected. Outdoor table dirty with cup rings marks and food. Saucepan put back into cupboard filthy. 2 coffee pods only for 2 people for 2 days. 1 teaspoon. Bathroom mat full of mould. Lounges dated and dirty, gas smell throughout. No window covering in kitchen so light shine through early morning. Could be nice with good cleaning and maintenance. Very disappointing indeed for the price we paid. .

LOVED this stay. Stayed one night, but next time i'l be coming for a few days at least. Beautiful location, peaceful and the rooms are clean and luxurious. Had a gorgeous spa bath in our unit. Romantic getaway tick!

Incredible peaceful stay!

From when we walked into the apartment it had a funny bad smell. Carpet is falling off the floor, the lounge is so outdated and falling apart. No plugs provided to use the spa bath and there is dirt and lint everywhere from the dryer which has not been cleaned in months.
Now the bedroom, cobwebs on the walls, marks all over the walls and the bed is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. If I didn’t need a chiropractor I do now.

Fireplace also produces no heat, literally there for show!

This would have to be one of the worst places we have stayed in.

What’s luxury about it, AWFUL PLACE TO STAY!

Luxury is not a word I would use to describe our experience. 
We were booked for 4 nights but lasted only 2. 
The bed was uncomfortable and hard. The pillows had lost their plumpness months ago 
The furniture was dated, stained and saggy. The stairs were like climbing a ladder as they were so steep with no rail at the top. 
Blinds and curtains were broken or didn’t meet the other side. Cobwebs visible in lounge and behind TV. 
TV was hardly a “widescreen “ as described and you needed a technical degree to get even commercial tv channels. 
Went to check out early and no one around. Left key in box and drove away. 

The grounds are nice but that’s it 

Unfortunately we started off on a bad foot when we had to wait in excess of an hour past our book in time for our room to be ready, then when we did finally get in, the TV remote wouldn't work and to turn it on manually meant it was stuck on one channel with no volume. Went back to reception and swapped batteries which didn't help, then we're told that thier maintenance people wouldn't be back until Monday so nothing they could do. To thier credit they did extend our check out time by an hour and provided breakfast at thier sister property in Katoomba.
The property is in need of some TLC and to call them luxury apartments is a bit of a stretch, but they are in good condition overall. To access the studio lofts are up a rather tall flight of stairs that doesn't have a hand rail all the way, and the step treads are rather small (only just over half the length of my foot) which will make it very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The room does have a kitchenette, but the only thing to cook with is a microwave, no hot plate or frypan included, so bring plastic wrap, paper towel etc with you, aswell as cutlery as there was only 1 knife, 3 forks and heaps of spoons.
Room had a nice gas log fire place though we needed the a/con to help heat the room. Also a super sized 2 person spa that's so deep that if your not particularly tall you'll struggle to get in and out of. The shower is over the spa and with the weird uneven base, it makes it difficult to stand in to shower, aswell as a lack of grab rails anywhere.



Not as good as it could have been.

If there is a chance you may need to cancel, do not book here. I had to cancel a long weekend stay, weeks in advance, as the event we were to attend was postponed. I then endured weeks of excuses as to why my refund had not been issued. This was followed by a partial refund that has still left me more than $600 out of pocket. The property cancellation policy says there is only a $60 administration fee for refunds. I booked direct with the property. Management were very difficult to deal with.

Lovely setting and convenient location but very pricey.
The kitchenette was unsatisfactory. Microwave was high up and dangerous for removing hot food; the glasses were in a high cupboard that I could not reach and there was one cupboard that was only accessible by a giant. No vegetable knife or bowls.

Shower over the spa bath was not a comfortable experience as the bath base had uneven levels.

Expensive

My fience and I stayed here to celebrate out 9th anniversary. 
Room was pretty clean and cosy with the gas fire place. We loved how you had a place to sit outside out the back but I was very private as the room upstairs could see down into your yard. 

The lounge was only a two seater lounge and was quite uncomfortable, there is no way you could get cosy together as a couple as it was way to small. 

The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable.


Clean but uncomfortable 

We had a 2 night stay as a family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The location is absolutely perfect, with so many walks straight from the door. We arrived slightly earlier than check in but were made to feel very welcome. After a chat about what we wanted to do during our stay, we were provided with some printed off maps and advice as to which walks we should do. We really appreciated that and did all of the walks recommended....the Grand Canyon circular track and  Wentworth Pass were truly spectacular. I wish we had a longer stay, so no doubt we'll be back!
