The rooms were dirty, with ripped furniture. The kitchen was filthy and not fit to prepare anything inand the place stank.
Was due to stay for 6 days but took one look at the room and asked for our money back. No refund, but went and found another hotel.

Avoid at all costs

A very grubby apartment that I was provided, smelly, poor furnishings, cramped bedroom where the double bed took up the whole room and you had to push around the wall to get to the bathroom. Bathroom window was semi bricked up, vertical blinds in dining area had some blinds missing, kitchen area was in very poor condition.
Where do you park? All around the unit complex there are TOW AWAY signs, good luck!!

Don't believe the pictures on the website

Room, lines, towels reeked of cigarette smoke. One guest couldn't sleep from scratching all night due to his bed (fleas?). Spoke to the office day prior to our arrival to arrange an iron be available in our room which didn't happen, and Reception don't answer the phone or return calls after 1pm so we had to wear crinkled clothes.
We all woke up with terrible headaches after breathing in the nicotine all night. 
Have cancelled the second night's accommodation and I expect a full refund (Att: AMG).

Yuck. Just .. yuck.

Filthy & squalid!  Bathroom shower had no door, no shampoo.  Vanity had door missing, & the other or didn't close.  Sink chipped.  Mould in kitchen & carpet in bedroom.  My pillowcase had stain on it.  Doors chipped & missing in kitchen, and thick grease & burn marks under kitchen cupboards.  Paint peeling everywhere & carpet was thick with dust.  Toilet brush in toilet had something nasty growing on it.....my sisters room smelt like it had 20 ashtrays had been left in there.  My sister & husband are non smokers & it made them feel ill, went to reception but there were no rooms left so they had to stay in it much to their disgust.  There was mould in their bathroom & the door was rotten.  We were attending a beautiful wedding & had no choice but to stay as everywhere else was booked.  Don't stay there if you have any standards!

Health hazzard

Stayed here after a late work conference... wont be staying here again. 

Rooms were unpleasant, cockroaches everywhere and just an overall feeling of "grime"

Staff on check in were quite unfriendly and your business seemed to be more of a nuisance than anything.

Hello.. let's get serious with the opinions.. my name is Pablo.. I went to visit my parents after many many many years of not doing so and stayed in this hotel.. that's more than a hotel is a building of apartments.. the price or quality price is very favorable to the customer... it really pays off if one pays for this hotel. the rooms are suitable with the amenities for accommodation that one needs if one is in a couple or with children. the rooms are clean, large and comfortable businesses have a table in the living room and good chairs, flat TV large, kitchen with equipment micro cafeterias nice buses and cafeterias with nice shelves and comfortable buses where to store everything from a personal locker room in the large balcony bar where you can stay, the rooms are suitable with the amenities for accommodation that one needs to have if one is in a relaxed living room with a large balcony bar where you can stay, the hotel has a nice room where you can sit, the hotel has a nice room with a nice kitchen, a nice kitchen, a nice kitchen, a nice kitchen, a nice kitchen, a nice kitchen etc. I'd like to
