Initially we were told that the powered sites were without water. Hence we purchased boxes of water for our 5 night stay. Upon checking in by a terrific young lady, I reiterated the fact that we would be without water and she confirmed it. Due to the NSW school holidays we were initially told that we would have to move after the first night. This too wasn’t the case. Upon arrival we were now given two options, one within a group of what looked like a sardine can or a position in their overflow area outside the perimeter. We set up, and were fine with the dry dirty environment, until night fall when loud noises and various men walking around carrying on like two bob watches.
My wife felt VERY unsafe and wanted to leave the following morning.
Due to the site being outside the primary camping area, walking to the toilets (accompanied by me) was not pleasant.
We left that morning and sent a note to management whom didn’t bother replying.
We would never stay there again and I’m amazed that the Ingenia group would put their names to such a dirty rundown establishment.

Disappointing. Never again.

Would never stay here again!!!! The only nice thing is the pool. The caravan park is extremely run down. We had a powered site and were with 2 other families that had ensuite sites. The ensuites were filthy. Looked they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. People live in their vans in the park and they all walk and ride their bikes through your sites. The kids are constantly running through the sites and are rude.
Lots of people walking around your site in early hours of the morning. Not sure what they were doing but very suss and made to feel uncomfortable. We couldn't wait to leave.

Don't book here, would never stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 months in cabin 62 whilst visiting our son in hospital. We were meant to stay for 3 months but we couldn’t handle it any longer.

When we arrived the cabin was filthy. We had no hot water for the first 2 nights. The fly screens were put on wrong so we couldn’t open the windows. There was a gas smell in the cabin. The shower knobs fell off.

All these issues were fixed by the maintenance man except for tge cleaning. We did that ourselves we went and bought a mop and a vacuum cleaner. The cabin had German cockroaches in the microwave panel.
There were bugs everywhere. 

We were across from a man who was eventually asked to leave. He woukd sit in his car and drink and then shout at night.  He was very disrespectful as there were lots of other people around including families with young children. We had to call the after hours number twice for them to attend.  

Definitely wouldn’t recommend the accomodation.

Very run down park. Wouldn’t recommend

Had a great time here. We stayed on a lagoon site which had plenty of room. The site was a little slopey but no problem to level our van with levelers.  Close to Windsor etc. Staff were very friendly. Good for couples and family's. Plenty to keep the kits happy.

One to consider

Has felt like a waste of money. I stay at caravan parks to do our laundry on our trips, take a shower wash the dishes. We have not been able to do any of these things. Washing machines are coins but office won’t give coins from card. Finding the atm in the area with kids is a 40min trip. Office closed and closes overnight until 9am next morning. No tap head so no water. Electrical seems dodgey wires hanging out. Office were not helpful attitude so didn’t even bother asking about tapwear. We have to wait until 9am to talk to anyone when we have to pack to leave. Giant pool was ice cold, even Tamworth has a heated pool. Disappointing experience. Won’t stay with Ingenia evermore. 

Disappointing Caravan Sites

Had an overnight stay with friends while Travelling. Arrived a bit early (misjudged the traffic) and the staff went oiut of their way to ensure our cabins were ready with the least possible wait. The cabins were clean and well maintained with all amenities. We were at the back of the park and it was quiet with a good nights sleep had by all.

no bench space in bathroom; disturbed by occupants in adjoining cabin when they walked inside their own cabin.

We stayed here in Nov 2022,,5 nights total,with our own caravan,prebooked a specific van site from their plan,to be close to amenities block,however were placed in a different site further from amenity,the site we did request remained vacant during our stay,the van site slopes in both directions requiring much setup to level van,the site was covered in bindii.which was very annoying,there was rubbish,ie old pieces of ply,old pallets ,strewn about,long unkempt grass a dumped trailer covered in decaying old tarps opposite,a general cruise through the park revealed abandoned looking vans.run down decayed moldy cabins and very long grass /overgrown gardens and a general state of disrepair and lack of maintenance,the shower toilet block stank,had no ventilation and were poorly cleaned /maintained.. theres no playground,theres no proper BBQ facilities,The worst park we have ever been in.its a dump go elsewhere.

Great area to walk dogs
Handy location close to Richmond / Windsor area, yet reasonably quiet
Staff helpful to sort out access issues during flooding in the area
Some minor issues with fridge and mattress in the room

Dog Friendly Location

Quiet, clean, green area, place to relax. I’d love to stay in this place and recommend everyone. Located in developed but natural area having access to facilities beside staying far from any sort of city pollution
