Location and 24 hour reception
What was bad
There were no cups/teaspoons to make a cup of tea. Air conditioning was too cold and it wasn't clear on how to adjust it.
Curtains didn't cover the windows properly and block out the street lights - very annoying for those of us from rural areas who are used to sleeping in complete darkness.

The "breakfast" was really just tea & coffee with a few pastries - nothing vaguely healthy!
