There were no cups/teaspoons to make a cup of tea. Air conditioning was too cold and it wasn't clear on how to adjust it. Curtains didn't cover the windows properly and block out the street lights - very annoying for those of us from rural areas who are used to sleeping in complete darkness.

    Reception staff was very kind and have a nice attitude, and we loved the hotel interior. specially lobby. location is really fine too.
