Lovely staff, bed comfortable that's it. Shower pipes so noisy , soap sucm build up in the shower. Had to leave $200 deposit then when I checked out they said it won't be returned to Monday or Tues but they took it right away. Gives you tea and coffee no spoons, advertised there is a restraunt but it's closed down. Do you sell a favor and book else where. Will never return.

Don't Bother

Arrived at the hotel after a long day of travelling and visiting the hospital. At check in I was advised that they take a $200 deposit in case you damage the room. I asked where the restaurant was as I had booked this on the basis that I could get breakfast & dinner within the hotel. This was important to me as I was travelling on my own. I was informed the restaurant was closed. This was not advertised anywhere.
Upon entering the room I discovered that it was poorly lit, only one beside lamp, paint missing from the walls, chips out of the walls, water marks on the walls, furniture old. 
In the bathroom the cold water tap at the sink was difficult to turn on and I had to use two hands to turn it off otherwise it dripped. The shower made a very loud noise when it was on as if the pipes would come out of the wall.
The air con made a lot of noise also.
I went back out to reception to find out where I could get some dinner and told them about the state of the room to be advised the hotel needs renovating and it’s costly.
This hotel needs major renovation!
Oh also you can hear everything that is happening in the room next to you and I do mean everything.
When you check out they tell you you’re $200 May take 3-5 business days to be refunded so I should keep an eye on it. Umm yes don’t worry I have and fortunately it has been refunded.

I am not one usually to get expected about a room. At the end of the day it’s just a bed for the night. Well I reckon this bed was made just after the invention of the spring and hasn’t been changed since. 

Carpet is stained and completely missing in some locations. There is a desk where you can work, but no chair!
The sofa facing away from the tv confused me untill it realised there was only a couple of analog channels that were so low in signal strength that it just wasn’t worth it. 
And what can be said about the ammenities. Nothing, there aren’t any. Seriously there is raw plumbing hanging out of the walls where ice machines have been removed. The restaurant is just a vacant space. 

Even the entry to the Carpark requires a 7 Point turn to get to a position where here you can badge into the gates. 

I would love to be able to say something nice about this place I can’t. Even the staff while not atrocious, seemed to be completely ambivalent to the human condition. 

I spend a lot of time in hotels and this is close to the worst experience I have had. That is saying something considering that last night I was in a $90 a night room in a 70 year old pub room in the back of nowhere.

One of the worst experiences in my travels

A horrible hotel.  Rooms less than clean or functional, filthy and falling apart. Had to be moved 3 times in 1 day! Every room had an issue ; Room1... no tv no hot water, room2... 1/2 curtain, no tv, room 3... on and off working toilet and still no tv. Only 3 towels provided for a room of 4.
Pool/spa have dead insects floating in it, not to mention Gym seems like it has not been cleaned or updated from the 80s. Pool table in the hallway broken.
There is no hotel restaurant regardless of website advertising ( we have our theories as to why it’s not open, not that we would have any faith to eat there ).
Staff very non-chalant and  management too embarrassed to come out and face you.
The only thing going for this place was location but that’s not enough. Would advise people to stay away. Very dodgy, I am still waiting for someone to return my calls and a refund of my bond and it’s been a week.  I would not go back even if they paid me. I’ll bet some of the other reviews were fake and by the owners. I predict the hotel will be closed down very shortly; surely there is some sort of standard benchmark they should be adhering to in order to stay open? Very disappointing

Horrible,avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately had the misfortune to stay at this hotel, simply because of location and availability elsewhere. The website picture are obviously either not taken at this hotel or heavily photo shopped because our room was nothing like the pics.
Old rooms, not maintained and dirty. Do us a favour and bulldoze the place!

Bulldoze it

This was the closest we could get to Homebush and needed to stay overnight for a sports camp my daughter had to attend. The people who run this hotel are super friendly which is why it makes it hard to be honest but seriously it’s old and run down, it’s cheap for a reason, the pool room was scary, the spa didn’t work, the lift was out of order so all luggage had to be carried up the stairs, the room was old and a little smelly and the restaurant was unexpectedly closed so meant we had to leave the hotel at night. The bed was comfy and it did the job for us. It’s not somewhere I’d go for a holiday but it’s ok if you just need the bed. Location is good in Bankstown and an easy 15min drive to Olympic Park. 

The service helped

We stayed back at this hotel as they gave us a complimentary stay due to a horrid stay in dec 2017.

 Was expecting them to go all out due to the feedback we gave them after our stay but i was disappointed !

They gave us a double room (2 single beds zipped together) with WORKING AIR CON (this time).

Toilet seat completey broken off and an  un-flushable toilet  (had to flush it 3 times).

BLACK MOULD in bathroom with massive hole in the ceiling above shower (was worried the whole time while showering either the ceiling would cave in).

Didn't bother giving them this feedback as i was hoping they would go out of their way to make that WOW factor due to horrid stay last time and not have to put this feedback up online but looks like they just handed out a complimentary stay to give it to me. So unfortunately i.ve put this up just incase some other couples wanna stay here this is hosnest feedback
