Exceptional service and very clean rooms.  The facilities are older but obvious effort has been made to keep the rooms clean and to provide an extensive continental breakfast.  Great value for money and wonderful service from the owners.

Very clean rooms with exceptional service.

This is a 3 and half star Motel with 5 star service and cleanliness. When booking I requested a comfortable bed which it was. I came back after a tiring day to a spotlessly clean room please thank the cleaner for me. I have no hesitation to recommend this Motel to anyone and I will definitely stay here again when back in Tamworth next year. Thank you for a lovely stay and also for a warm welcome.

Very nice budget motel. Clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Sheets white and towels white and fluffy. The included continental breakfast was well stocked. Overall for the price this is an excellent option for a stay in Tamworth. We stayed twice in the last month and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value and comfort.

This motel is about what you'd expect for the price.  The rooms are comfortable and clean.  There were one or two maintenance issues that need attention.  The parking area is a bit cramped but you can park right outside your room.  Its good budget accommodation.

New Year's Eve stay

We chose this accomodation last minute as we decided to make an extra stop on our road trip home. Admittedly we chose it as an affordable option. However I was disappointed in how different it appeared to photos, which had clearly been edited/enhanced. 
Beds were clean and toilet/sink was as well. However shower was very grimy (toddler could draw a line in it 🤢 before we stopped him) and there was mould clearly visible in the bathroom.  We were also disappointed there was no security latch on the door. 
Overall it was ok for a quick overnighter (my husband and I chose to wake early and shower when we arrived home rather than use the shower there) however had we been staying more than one night we would have had to find different accommodation.

Photos were a bit decieiving

Motel is an older establishment that has been repainted / somewhat modernised.

The good:
Beds were extremely comfortable! Second best I’ve come across outside of quest apartments, plus there were several pillows of varying hardness.

Shower was always hot!

The room I had was of similar appearance to those in photos.

Ample parking at the property - extra car parks.

Staff were very friendly.

The average:
TV was in fairly poor condition, with image ghosting.

Reverse cycle unit couldn’t provide enough warm air - luckily there was a nice spare blanket for the coldest nights.

Breakfast was a little more basic than the supplied photos (ie home brand bread rather than premium brands shown) - toaster one day had to be unplugged each time it was being used! Would also be nice to have normal cold water available instead of sparkling mineral water.

Room had some wear - cracked tiles, holes in curtains.

The bad:
Wifi was unattainable most of the time.

There is a childcare centre nearby, the motel exits onto a very busy road, the employees park their cars right up to the exit, making exiting like playing Russian roulette.

Overall:
It’s a cheap motel, at this price point if you can have a good sleep and a hot shower you are winning.
4/5. Would stay again if I was in town for a similar event - if I had whole family I’d probably stay somewhere better.

A good budget stay

This pictures are surely false or they just have one room that looks that good and the rest are below average. If you put paint on a pig it is still a pig. Mould on the ceiling in the shower, unstable floor, air conditioner barely works, chair in the room was filthy and stained l, bed like a rock. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m sure there is better quality accomodation in Tamworth it’s just not at this place.

Overstated and over rated

The rooms are in a terrible state, not sure how this motel has such a high rating. I would go as far as saying the photos on their website is not this motel. 
We stayed for 4 days over Christmas. On check in there was no mention that the rooms would not be serviced on the public holidays. We got back to our room late Christmas Day, to a note slipped under our door, this should have been mentioned in check in. 
The package we booked included breakfast, however on arrival when we enquired they advised they do not do breakfast. 
The room was dirty and ran down. We wiped everything down ourselves, to make it bearable. There was no covers on the doonas only a flat sheets over the top. We had no hand soap (in the middle of a pandemic) and we had to ask multiple time to be topped up.
I would not stay here again, even if desperate, our car is in much better condition.
