Room not as advertised.  Only serviced on request.  No teatowels, Burnmarks on carpet. Scribble on door, no hangers . Double bed had no storage unless wanting to use kitchenette cupboard. Couldn't give 2 room keycards. Only one would work. Very disappointed 

Poor

The room was not like the pic they advertise .I had to ask them to come and clean the show when I got there. The sheets were stained and they did not look washed. The room stunk and look like it didn’t get cleaned. There was a group of us and not one person was happy with their room and how it was. 

Very unsatisfactory

The room was dirty, the pool was like pea soup. The common areas and even the car park was dirty. Had to stay there because it was pet friendly and last minute choice. Was noisey the whole night probably got about 3 hours sleep and was out of there early in the morning (4.30am) Aircon remote required new batteries and then was switched off by the neighbours infant kids outside. Would never go back and was well over priced for what you got. Bath room had mould all over the ceiling.

Travelling to Sydney with Pet.

Room had cochroaches and blood clearly visible on screen door, no air-conditioning due to no batteries in remote control, door would not lock, I request refund still waiting do yourself a favour DO NOT STAY HERE, worst motel I have ever stayed in, in 50 years. 
I then stayed at Best Western Motel Tamworth just up the road and the room was beautiful compared to this dump. Stay clear of Tamworth Central Motel.

Disgusting room conditions

Heres what didnt work:
Window blind stuck down which gives the room a very claustrophobic feel
Soap dispenser didnt work (which begs the question - does the cleaner wash his hands after cleaning the toilet?)
Heater remote missing
A/C filter wasnt fitted (was found elsewhere in the room)
Room generally grubby and dusty - window sill in bathroom looked like it hadnt been dusted in months
Blanket is a stained and torn summer doona with no cover
Bin lid broken.
Also room was noisy.  No sleep at all.
On the upside, it was cheap

Last minute stay for a weekend (due to an issue with our first booked property).
Basic motel, very noisy location, unable to open windows for air (due to noise). Noisy a/c and bathroom fan and unable adjust temperature on a/c. Pillows were so thin, definitely need replacing. Basic room facilities  - small bar fridge, kettle, a few pieces of cutlery and crockery. It was clean enough though. I think there were rooms that were better than ours, so possibly would recommend those (not sure what they are like though). Pool area was ok and pool was clean and cool (lovely for a hot weekend). It was stated breakfast was included in our rate, but  very basic (basic cereal pack, bread (stale), not even enough butter or topping for 3 of us.. No breakfast room (due to COVID apparently). 
I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very Basic Motel, Noisy Location

Booked  on wotif a family room which is 2 rooms 1x double bed 1 x 2 singles and when I checked in I was given a room with 1x double , 1 x single when I questioned the them the very rude employee told me it was my fault I didn't confirm number of people which I said NO I booked a family room and nothing they can do and I must take it wirh wotif... also the included breakfast never arrived this place is not worth the effort ... Oh our bedding issue they offered us a piece of foam as an extra bed ...The air conditioner we had to clean so I it would blow cold air

Stay away from this motel

Quickest stay at a motel ever.. checked in and out within 10 minutes.  Room smelt and when pulled doona back bed sheets had obviously been slept in with dirt particles on them.  Pictures on website need updating, our room definitely did not look like any of them.  The suspicious looking neighbours didn’t help either.  Would NOT recommend anyone stay here.

Absolutely Disgusting

Staff were friendly on arrival.  
Suspicious people staying next to us.
After a long day, had a shower and was keen to go to bed. Noticed stains on sheets  but noticed office closed so thought we wouldn't worry as only one night. By 10.30pm, we had numerous bed bugs crawling through the bed and on our pyjamas.  Had a shower and left, so tired and angry.  Didn't disturb office as there was no guarantee any other room would be better.

Dissappointed

Stayed here for 3 nights and was not disappointed friendly staff nice big air conditioned rooms and comfortable beds for the price it was a steal plust breakfast would definitely come back thanks for a good stay!!
