Good location, tavern and bottle shop next door, big clean rooms with good amenities and pool but everything is upstairs so not good for disabled persons or if you have a lot of luggage etc. the reason for my average score is my aircon and TV does at 1am and when you ring after hours there is a message to pay $50 for the call out if it is not an emergency. At 1am I was too tired to figure out if this was an emergency or not. No apology or any empathetic response was given at checkout by the owner - I am sure they are lovely people but I won’t be back.

Nice spot but……..

Great spacious rooms and facilities with tavern right next door. Everything we needed at our feet. Very good value for money and exceptional service.
Rooms were super clean and comfy bed. Extra pillows which makes me happy. Would highly recommended this spot to anyone

Great value coast motel

We stayed at The Coast Motel for 3 nights before we went to Pumpkin Island and it was a lovely hotel to stay in.  Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet.  We had a balcony for 2 of the nights we stayed and was quite spacious.  Tavern next door was a bonus, and Yeppoon was only a 10 minute drive.   Close to the Marina too. You can have breakfast at the hotel if you wish , which was very nice. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked very inviting and clean. Would stay there again. 

Short stay for family get together.

Paid extra for an upgrade. Got a view of the pub's drive through bottle's brickwall. 
The motel, which appears to be part of the pub, advertised meals. Restaurant  is in the pub. Only fried food available as the chef doesn't work Monday or Tuesday. Fried food was inedible. Wouldn't  have stayed if we new this information prior.
Accommodation over priced.

Yeppoon stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and could not have been happier with our stay. Right from the time of making our booking to end of our stay the staff were friendly and professional. They emailed me a few days before our stay to let us know that they were looking forward to seeing us. The room was clean and spacious with microwave, bar fridge and big flat screen TV with Netflix. Having the Tavern a minute walk from our room was so convenient with great food. Only a few minutes drive to the beaches and shops. To me the location was fantastic.Would definitely stay here again.


Fantastic and enjoyable 

I initially booked only one night, as the booking sites said that they only had vacancies on one night, which wasn't surprising as it was between Christmas and New Year and left booking to the last minute. On arriving, I enquired about the availability of an additional night, of which they were able to alter the booking to meet our requirements, Along with this request, I found the host the most friendly and accompanying couple (a down-to-earth country couple as I discovered after a chat), 
I was very glad that I was able to say 2 nights as I found the room very modern and comfortable, with a great pool. As a bonus, there is a bottle shop and taven right next door, and a small shopping centre (with takeaways, a chemist, a grocery shop, etc) a minute's drive away. While this isn't in the main township, this is only a few minutes' drive away and this motel is in a handy quiet location for the whole region (ie travelling to sites up-down the coast).  The motel is the electric scooter hire area, allowing you to travel around without using a car (and much more fun). Also, Yeppoon region is also a great place to relax and wander around.   I would stay again.

Great service and a worthwhile stay.

Great communication from management re: our booking was a business stay. Staff were very accommodating to our needs. Have visited twice now & will definitely stay again! Great location, clean rooms, friendly service & were quick to reply to messages. thankyou

Fantastic motel. One of the best we have stayed at in our travels around QLD so far. This was our second stay.  Extremely comfortable beds  Pool is fabulous to cool off on a hot 🥵 day. The owner Julie is lovely 😊 and extremely helpful. Can’t give this motel enough stars ⭐️.  Very happy 

Lovely Comfortable Motel

We had a good comfortable three night stay here and would definitely stay here again when next in Yeppoon, the room was extremely clean and serviced each day if you left the card out to do so, the staff were friendly and helpful and new the area well if you needed Any advice on what’s around Yeppoon.
About a five minute drive outside town was not a problem since there is a tavern right next door for a few drinks at the end of the day or a meal if you want it, we had no problem with noise from the pub or people leaving it at night.
All in all a good three day stay and a motel I would recommend. 
Just a few negatives, ask for a room without a connecting door to an adjoining room if you don’t want to hear the people next door, the  rooms are all off a communal hallway and any noise can be loud and echo especially doors banging, and our bed was a little warn and uncomfortable after a few hours. but by no means really affected our stay that much.

Nice motel just outside town

My partner and i stayed here for 2 nights and felt extremely welcomed by the owners, they are lovely and make your stay 100 times better. The rooms were clean, pool was nice and breakfast was cheap, couldn’t ask for better owners. Highly recommend stopping in for a night or two, thanks guys for the lovely stay.
