We stayed one night and rented two rooms for four people.  The beds were very comfortable and rooms well equipped.  We were greeted next morning with fantastic views and lovely parrots and native birds.  A very restful stay after a long hike up Mt Bogong.  There is a bar on site but we came in late (after 7.30pm) and it was closed.  I forgetfully left a jacket there and the owner was very helpful and posted it back to us pronto.  Much appreciated.  Definitely will visit again.

Comfy and great views

Very comfortable motel in the scenic Kiewa Valley.  The Allamar Motor Inn is in a side street away from the main road.  The location provides elevated views across the valley to Mt Bogong.  Grey kangaroos hopped around the garden outside our room

Quiet location in beautiful Kiewa Valley

We stayed there as 6 couples group for 2 nights, we booked 6 rooms and all the rooms were very clean, well equiped and well kept with mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, heater and cooling in each room with parking located right in front of the room. We were really surprised by this place and the views it has to offer, every morning we woke up to Tawonga valley and snow capped Mt Bugong view. The outdoor campfire seating and barbeque were great for dinner and relaxing evenings. The privacy and location was really excellent, especially when we like outdoor stuff. The property owner is very welcoming and helpful, both nights he made sure we have firewood available and also helped us with barbie, I would highly recommend this place and will go there again. If you are looking for a snow adventure stay for falls creek, this place is ideal and just 5 minutes drive from town center to access hotels cafes and foodworks.

What an awesome stay we had firat weekend of May. Stu was so accomodating and friendly! It was lovely have a catch with you at check out. Such a genuinely nice guy! He was kind enough to leave the key for us in the door so we could arrive late Friday night. Heater was on whe  we entered the room which was appreciated. Room was cosy and bed was so comfortable! Bathroom was so clean! 
The views from the property are sensation! A gentle wander through  the garden wad lovely, especially when accompanied my 'Property Manager' Rio who loves a good bum scratch. 
Such a great stay we'll be back for future  snow seasons! 

Comfy cosy stay

We stayed there during our travels recently, and can't praise this place enough. Apart from the awesome views, the room was clean and had a soft bed. Our host was friendly and informative. It is also motorcycle friendly with lots of places to ride all through the area. We stayed at lots of motels over a three week period, all through Victoria and New South Wales, and without exception this motel was the best.

Beautiful Views

We stayed here for one night rooms were lovely and clean everything in room you needed. Fantastic bar and great hosts would highly recommend this motel it was a great surprise and very good value for money.

This motel was an unexpected surprise. Awesome host in Stu who warmly welcomed me with a complimentary beer and good conversation. Fantastic location. Comfy bed with great views. Will be back. Thanks Stu! 

Serene friendly place.

A place to relax with a drink and book while the beautiful scenery before you puts you in a totally relaxed state. The only minus is that the sound proofing between our room and the next was not good.

Magic views in delightful setting

Great value for money small room super clean , great quality bedding, very comfortable, the owner is a great bloke. The grounds are kept perfectly. He has sold the business i hope the new owners keep up the high standard.
