I wasn’t expecting much from a small town course, but was I wrong? The course is in great shape, the food is great, the staff are beyond amazing, the accommodation was exactly what our group needed and the locals were friendly.
We will be back again next year for sure 😃.

Do yourself a golfing favour

Spent 4 days golfing here and one day sightseeing. Great venue as everything on site.  Golf course green and lush this year.   Motel rooms overlook course.  Bar and restaurant definitely a winner.  Have visited twice now and will be back. 

Great golf course, friendly staff w accommodation and restaurant and bar on site.

We needed somewhere to stay at the last minute, which is often difficult when there’s 3, and for just the one night. We called on the day and were lucky there was a room free, which we asked to inspect. We were pleasantly surprised; everything was clean, beds were comfy, there was a microwave and bar fridge, and a nice little deck overlooking the green, plus, it was quiet. Two single beds and a double gave us the room we needed without being cramped up. For half the price we’d paid to stay at an airbnb in town for the previous 2 nights, we thought this was a good deal. It was actually quite nice to have a drink on the deck overlooking the distant mountains, and eat in the club; the roast pork dinner was great, the other 2 meals, okay. We will happily book here for next time, as the staff were friendly too. 

Everything You Need, with a pleasant view 

An eight hour trip to nowhere! A small town of 4500 people but I loved every minute and learning how to golf. Staff are super friendly, made checking in so easy. We arrived late at 10:30pm but they were able to accommodate and provide my room.

Facilities are comfy and a beautiful view to the golfers early morning swing. Being a small town, was grateful to be able to stay here as I would of gone insane not seeing people around but there was hustle and bustle, especially when it was Friday night and the locals came to visit.

Staff fulfilled my every request, from golfing to laundry to restaurants. Very safe and enjoyable to stay with my family.

Country Home

Went there 12 months previously and the meal was great even though they were really busy,when we went back this year I ordered the same thing and was very dissapointed and they weren't even busy ,although everyone else's were fine. Whether someone else had taken the kitchen over I don't know,  service was good and staff friendly, there's a courtesy busy that picks you up and drops you off which is good as they're a little way out of town.

Visit

Had the pleasure of staying here for a golfing weekend to celebrate my brothers birthday. 

The accommodation is clean, spacious and homely. The facilities are all welcoming and staff have a happy disposition. Food too is great. 

The golf course is enjoyable to play and the added bonus of utilising carts means more golfing. 

Highly recommend for a wonderful picturesque stay and great service throughout. 

Looking forward to planning our next stay here. 

A Hole in One Stay

A short drive out of town was worth it. Had a great meal, good value with very pleasant surroundings. All in all a great Monday night venue, thoroughly recommend, don’t have to be a golfer there were plenty of guests with friends dining .....

If in Tenterfield a must visit.

Spent 3 days golfing with 16 mates in May. Tenterfield is always a thoroughly satisfying experience but at that time of year add clear, crisp days and autumn colours to a good country golf course, with excellent on site accomodation, customer centric staff and pub quality food

Always a winner

We have been coming here now for about 15 years because it is so good. Accommodation is clean & quiet & the golf course is always lovely with beautiful native bird life. You stay right on the golf course & can walk out your door & play golf. Just wonderful.

Hidden Gem

Primarily the accommodation offered at the golf club is for playing golfers but my wife prefers to stay here due to the excellent rooms and closeness of meals and drinks. 
The rooms are well set up and include an outdoor balcony which overlooks the course and allows a lot of natural light into the room.
The clubhouse provides good and plentiful bistro type meals and is 2 minutes walk away.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The person who organised my golf was extremely courteous and helpful. My accommodation of choice in Tenterfield.
