This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please Note: After Hours Key Collection will be charged at AUD 27.50 Per Stay. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that the 2% credit card charge is non-refundable. Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 500 bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property. Please note that this property will not be serviced for the duration of your stay.
