Very rude owners/staff. Despite being in a beautiful location in a very friendly beach town, this place is super disrespectful to locals. They have signs telling children that they aren't allowed to play on "their" park and got up my family for walking (with a pram) on their path instead of struggling along the sand. Their behavior is childish and disrespectful.

Amazing beachfront cabin. We stayed in one of the cabins while basic it was comfortable and gave us an amazing beach front position. 
Most of the cabins and camping sites, give direct access to the beach at all the facilities look well-maintained. It’s a good location and we will look forward to staying there again.

We stayed here last weekend, arrived Friday night. Picked this location as it was close to friends living in the area. On Saturday my parents decided to visit us, they are elderly and live in Batehaven (84years old) and decided to make the drive. When they arrived we had popped to the shop, so we told them to drive into the park and take our car spot at number 3 and wait on our deck and we would be 5 minutes. My mum has recently had a very serious heart condition diagnosed and can only walk for a few minutes at a time. My dad reported in to the front desk to say they were visiting and immediately got sent straight out of the caravan park and got yelled at for even driving in. They found the public parking and slowly made their way to what they thought was our cabin (also numbered 3) and waited on the deck thinking it was ours. It was at this point the male manager abused my parents for trespassing and kicked them out of the area, they went back to their car and waited for us there. 
Unfortunately there were 2 cabins with the number 3 so it was a genuine mistake, but the abuse of this terrible man rattled my poor mum and she got very worked up and upset. 
Later that afternoon we went for a drive around the local area and came back to drop my mum at the cabin and then I was about to move their car back out to the spot they had parked in outside, to be confronted as I walked out of the door of our cabin by this horrible manager again! He said “ I’ve had just about enough of you” and yelled and ranted about his rules and how we had broken them! I tried to interrupt him at which point he yelled again and said I had no write to have a say as this was his park. Lucky for me, I’ve had a lot of experience with rudeobnoxious and aggressive people, so I wasn’t afraid to put him in his place, but I can tell you I will never set foot in that place again and will make sure I dont recommend this place to anyone. Terrible

Fabulous Location - obnoxious disgusting management

Overall a great family holiday.  Picturesque magical beach views from the site we had.  Busy peak season but area we were in was quite at night. Great walks further up to take dogs. Unfortunately can't have dogs at all on the caravan park beach. Big storm one night and beach front sites can get the brunt of this as we did.  Reinforce anything pegged down. Amenities block old but adequate. Manager does what needs to do but but not warm or welcoming and can be taken as having a curt and irritated manner.

Beautiful beach view caravan sites

We stayed here with our Labrador on a beach front site. Park is extremely clean. We loved the peaceful days and nights, the sunrises and the sunsets. Upon arrival we received lots of information that assisted us in not only places to visit in the area but dog friendly cafes for us to visit. This was very much appreciated. Managers went above and beyond after hours to assure us that our chocolate lab did not have a tic, which we really appreciated given we had no idea what they looked like and vet was closed. We highly recommend this park.

Beautiful place

Fantastic time, great Beach cabins, well equiped and clean and such an incredible position right on the beach.

Good walks from the Caravan Park, good little beach  and not far from Moruya.

Thanks to the Park team for being so welcoming, would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay

WORST Managers EVER. They really have no idea how to be hosts. We had terrible weather but their behavior was worse. I don’t want to list all the issues we had with them (but there were lots).  I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to warn others. Love the area but will not be staying there again.

Terrible Management

Clean well appointed house in quiet location with views over the bay.  Lovely spot to swim.  Easy drive to local club for dinner.  Courteous reception staff.  Be prepared for a few steps up from the carport.

LOVELY BAY AND VIEWS FROM OUR HOUSE

The park is beautiful the management is not! While camping here we witnessed the male manager verbally attack guest to the park. He went and had a go at one couple walking their dogs on leads quietly around the park and also attacked another family coming in to the park that were having trouble signing in. QR code’s are not clearly visible on the main door and office was un attended. I really felt for the poor girl he went after on his mower. She was visible uncomfortable and scared with how he approached her.

Beautiful little park, spotless and right at the beach. My husband and I were there from the 25th March 2021 to the 5th April 2021 in a camper trailer on the beachfront and it was heaven. there are shops just a 5 minute walk up the road with everything you need to enjoy your time. The weather was beautiful for that time of year and so lots of swimming and sunbaking were had, Also everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the staff to the other campers. We did book for Christmas but due to personal reasons we had to cancel, but next Easter, here we come and hopefully all going well we will be booking for  the following Christmas.
