We holiday here each year, and enjoy the lifestyle up here. The grounds are well maintained. The amenities are cleaned to a high standard & the reception area is welcoming. 

I used the laundry facilities and this has gone digital - so easy, no more coins 😅.. 
plenty of line space as well. 

Loved the camp kitchen as it’s huge and undercover/room. 
Large bbq’s x4  work fabulous … it’s the only kitchen that supplies, detergent, fresh tea towels, scotch brite x 4, chux & paper towel. 
The only thing that needs some upkeep is the sauspan cupboard.. 

2 large fridges are there as well as a large wall mounted smart TV.

Overall, they do really good and the spaces are not crammed in together, you have room to breathe etc.. I like that a lot .

Paradise in an time bubble

Booked a slab site but we’re given a dirt/grass site which was uneven. Had to build up the front which made it very high to exit and enter van, No pool and expensive sites. Reflections say Urunga is a premier area, have no idea why as we have stayed at lots of fabulous parks with exceptional facilities. Not enough amenities either.

Powered Site

We recently stayed at Reflections Urunga with our caravan. Upon arrival, staff were very friendly and efficient. Our site was clean and a good size. Visited the markets, and the local shops that are located conveniently close to the park and the boardwalk. 
Amenities were clean and fresh. Veggie/herb patch is a lovely addition. Park is well maintained. 

This was our second visit, and we would definitely return and highly recommend a visit to others!

Hidden gem!

great location. Showers and toilets varied depending on which ones you used on site. Laundry on site. Good location. Near to beach and board walk. lovely spot. People not very friendly -staff efficient. 

The Reflections Holiday Park Urunga is a very comfortable and practical park. Located in the heart of Urunga means that shopping, clubs, pub and all needs are a short stroll from the park. I stayed in a single airconditioned cabin, it had all the facilities I needed, was very clean and comfortable. I socialised nightly with friends that were staying in the caravan sites, so I also had use of the park facilities, and noticed that those facilities were also very clean and well maintained. The camp kitchen has commercial galley appliances, and seating for many users. I highly recommend this park.

Reflections Holiday Park Urunga

We spent a week here in our Van on a powered site.We loved every minute of our stay.Dog friendly and great facilities.Then came the weekend warriors ,
Then the park turns into a "Grandprix Circuit "with screaming unsupervised  children racing around all day on peddle cars provided by the Park and electric scooters exceeding the
8km per hour speed limit.This needs addressing
The site fees are expensive so peace and tranquillity should be a priority for patrons.

Weekend madness.

We stayed in a powered site. Most sites are spacious and amenities well maintained. The lagoon and water views are nice with the lagoon a great swimming spot instead of a pool. Across the road you have a supermarket, pub, cafe, pharmacy, butcher, bottle shop and a Chinese restaurant. All the things that make it easy 😀. Will stay here again.

Excellent clean clean clean holiday park:)
Handy to shops & beach. 
Staff & maintenance people are friendly and seem to enjoy helping and talking to people.
We had a powered site, ably a 50 meters from amenities block. Shower was the best I’ve had whilst camping hands down. 
Laundry was excellent as well, with plenty of lines. 
The grounds are immaculate- well done to the ground staff.
It’s a boom gate as well after hrs, so felt safe as well.
We will be returning based on our experience. Good park 10/10

A well oiled machine 🤪

We always stay in a cabin at Urunga and there has been no problems but this time we booked in the new cabins down near the river as all the other cabins were taken.  We chose P7 as it seemed to be the best positioned on the park map with river views.  Unfortunately there were large trees blocking our view of the river.  There is a parking area for use of cabin residents only. The cabin itself was lovely and clean and very comfortable with plenty of room for 5 people BUT it is so close to the pedestrian walkway that goes from the footbridge to around near the Ocean View Hotel that you cannot rest in the bedrooms or sit in the main room without people looking in and waving so if you want a nap or some peace then you have to lower the blind. There are a lot of people who use this walkway at all hours of the night. Also, there is no wifi in this cabin and when I asked the office staff I was told it is too far away.  I could still bring my phone / ipad to further up near the office to get reception.  There is a small gas BBQ on the verandah which is good for those early morning breakfasts. The park has definitely grown in spaces and vans are very close together.  The grounds are well kept and the staff are very friendly. Cabin P7 was only a short walk through the vans to get to the shopping centre.  I would definitely stay here again but not in the new cabins.

Friendly staff made our stay very welcome .. clean ammenities and park.. large group of us stayed will definitely be back for another stay … great walks /shops / and clubs nearby  ..large sites and grassed areas great for kids can bring your pets with you ..
