St Leonards

Great  clean and tidy facilities, great spot for kids with games rooms, tv room, pools, playgrounds and sporting facilities. Great service and a nice quiet spot. Great area for dogs to walk and run off leash. Close to Queenscliff and St Leonard’s. There was a pier to walk along and go fishing. We enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful

Excellent grass site and very friendly staff. 1st. time here and although we have stayed in several caravan park in the Geelong region, if we come this way again,  this is where we will stay.😀🙂😀🙂😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀🙂🙂😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

GreT Park and excellent staff.

Lovely area huge open land great for our dogs however the new powered sites need an amenities block closer. There are 2 x uni-sex toilets a bit closer than the amenities block however an actual ladies and men’s amenities block needs to be provided for the new sites (hopefully it’s in the planning) the park it’s self is lovely with many permanent cabins again the new sites are out on their own without even one tree or bush! Still a very lovely weekend away with our dogos!

Beautiful Park, quiet, clean and very well appointed and tendered too. Staff were delightful and very helpful.
This was my first adventure in my new campervan and I felt at home straight away. I stayed 4 nights and will be back later this year

Beautiful Swan Bay Holiday Park

This park is set up for people who stay in cabins. The toilet and showers ( 2 of each that are next to the pool) were 130m walk from our camp spot. In the rain & at night that was a long way - many people were driving there! Disappointing for the $$

Not for Campers

We stayed in our rooftop tent, heaps of space per site. Very dog friendly our kelpie loved it. So much space for him to run around. All were lovely. Clean amenities. Close to nice winery’s 
Will 100% be coming back and would highly recommend 

Beautiful spot!!!

We stayed 3 days in the Arcadia Cottage, it was a beautiful cottage big enough for me hubby and 2 kids. There’s 2 pools a playground and a store right on site. Also a price Chopper right next door. MUST go to Wolfe’s Kountry Kottage for b fest or lunch! Amazing food!

Great family trip!

We have family that recently purchased a cabin here so we were lucky to spend a few days with them.
It’s one of the friendliest holiday parks we’ve come across, awesome and very well kept facilities.  
The manager is very engaging, has a great rapport with the park customers and clearly has a great love for the park. 
Evenings are very quiet, and just an all round wonderful place! 

WOW........ best description I have

we have friends that live in this park and have made quiet a few visits, managers very friendly and eager to help with any questions, 2 pools, playground and lots of bike rides to take and walking tracks.  Would recommend a long weekend defiantly, or even longer, lots of things to do,and see around that area.  We used to live down that way 

Holidays

Beautifully maintained Park - Very neat and clean with lovely gardens everywhere. Only a small number of sites as mostly retirement or holiday cabins but this only makes the Park more appealing. Very quiet and peaceful. Would certainly come back!
