Good and clean, easy access to cafes and 8 mins from train station, walking. Friendly staff. Will go again for future visits. Walking distance to some interesting tourists spots. A good place to walking around and there are public buses nearby.

 etc. Good equipex kitchen. Stove. Microwave. Utensils  and crockery .

1brm spa apartment

We chose this motel for price and was pleasantly surprised. The unit had 2 separate rooms with a kitchenette and dining table and had lots of room. There was a settee and the heater was very welcome. The owner was very accommodating to our requests wth nothing too much trouble. 
The motel was close to the main shopping / eating area.
My only complaint was the cramped car park as we had a mid sized SUV .
Overall,  a very pleasant environment

Good value accommodation in central Warrambool 

We stayed here for 1 night. The apartment was beautiful and had all basic facilities. We booked family room so it had enough beds and quilts. Also it had crockery and dining table to sit and eat. Good big bathroom too. 
Though we faced some problems initially. When we reached at the Motel, there was no one at reception and we had to call the owner at given phone number. Over phone, she told us there was no booking in our name. So we requested to come at the motel. It took her 15-20 minutes to reach. Seems there was some technical glitch in the booking from their end, but seeing the print out of booking confirmation with me, she helped us by allotting a room. Thankfully, they still had some spare rooms. Only problem was, with all this, some of our time got wasted. Anyway, we were still quite happy about their service as she did not hesitate to solve the problem.

Beautiful & very comfortable apartment

Five of us stayed for two nights. We found  the accommodation adequate, but small (smaller than the photos suggest) for five people - one bedroom apartment with spa bath: one double, one single, and a double sofa bed. 

Excellent value for money at $40 p/p p/n, especially considering the location which is walking distance to everything. 

As other reviews note, there is never anyone at reception; parking is indeed tight; and our room was not serviced for the duration of our stay. 

No full length mirror, and only enough toiletries for one person. 

Everything seemed clean. 

I'd stay again. 

Adequate 

The Redwood Manor Motel Apartments in Warrnambool is a convenient place to lay your head for the night. Located in the heart of Warrnambool it is a short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs.

We walked to “The Cally” for a few drinks and dinner. So it was very handy for us. “The Cally” is worth a visit if you are staying in Warrnambool, check our review on it here.

There is onsite parking available right outside of your room. We didn’t have any direct interaction with staff (not that that’s a bad thing) a simple text advising the room was unlocked and the key was on the table. so that earns a score of 3.5.

The Redwood Manor Motel Apartments  is a convenient place to lay your head for the night

We thought we were getting an apartment. What we got was a basic motel room. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean (but the exterior of the building, verandah rails, etc. badly needed cleaning). It is a convenient location, close to town centre. The Kitchenette was a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The only sink was in the bathroom. And there was no plug, no tea towel, no dishwashing liquid. In fact there was one cake of soap for two people for one week! We had to leave a note for the cleaner to get a second, on day 4 of our stay. There is no reception. You have to ring a mobile number to find out your room number (what if you don't have a mobile yourself?) There was supposed to be a DVD/CD player (both according to the website and the notes in the room). There was neither. There is a note saying dial 9 for reception, but there was no phone. The fridge worked, but badly needed defrosting - kept dripping water on the floor..

Not what we were expecting

Negatives!  Parking very tight, No Staff to talk to in person Ring Only.! Room was difficult to get to being up stairs, Rang Staff  did not want to change room for a person with disabilities ,causing  pain & discomfort getting to & from the room,!                   
Positives Clean room, Rates were good.! 
 
Note  Church Bells across the Rd very noisy.!

Redwood Manor Warnambool

Good value for money, still an old motel with old facilities, but still functional. Clean. Decent cooking facilities. Rooms were left open with key inside for us to be able to check in afterhours. Not very big. Weak WiFi.
