well what can I say about this place! A truly wonderful place which you can relax and just take in the wonderful views. We arrived in the afternoon and greeted by a gracious host. The accomodation was second to none, fully equipped self catering lower floor apartment. Well I say self catering, the fridge was stocked with fresh juices and yoghurts, fresh fruit salad. Cereals and pastries. Everything you could think of to have for breakfast.
As we were the only ones there we had access to the upstairs balcony which we used to further enjoy a lovely view across the vineyards.
On our arrival we were also treated to a lovey wine tasting of some of the wonderful wines this place has to offer.
I wish we had more than one nights stay- but sadly we had to move on.

A wonderful place to stay

A truly relaxing place

Only a one night stay unfortunately but felt like we had known our hosts for years by the time we left. Accommodation is immediately adjacent to their home and although B & B was of 5 star luxury and we did of course have the obligatory wine tasting. Definitely worth diverting from our route if we travel this way again.

Fantastic place to stay with excellent hosts

We chose to spoil ourselves finishing our touring on Oz and what a find this was. We were warmly welcomed by Kaye. The accommodation is of 4* standard. It is spacious, great views, very quiet and spotless. We chose the ground floor room but could as equally have chosen one of the 2 upper floor rooms. Some nice chocolates were there to welcome us and Kaye brought us both a lovely glass of Rose to welcome us also. It is like a spacious 3 bedroom guest house but is only let out to one booking at a time. Ideal for families or x2 or x3 couples to spend time at. The lounge and kitchen are very large and fully equipped. Fridge and freezer is absolutely full for breakfast. There are at least 8 different choices of bread. A fresh bowl of fruit was supplied and a vast array of teas and coffee to choose from as well as 3 jars of various different biscuits. The bathroom  is to the highest standard. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bed linen is so soft and appears to be of Egyptian cotton. There are 2 outdoor seating areas front and bed and your own barbecue.

Everything is Quality, Quality & Quality

Welcomed warmly and given a glass of fizz before a full tour of the villa. Nothing was too much trouble with homemade cakes, fruit and cream all left for us. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation making us feel right at home. So glad we booked this place - felt very spoiled! 

Beautiful and peaceful

You are made welcome from the time you arrive until the time you checkout. Beautiful well cared for gardens, warm, welcoming and engaging host Kaye. Lovely crafted wines and then the accom. Beautifully presented, spacious, immaculately clean, quiet and tranquil with views of the vineyard hills and fields and Geelong by night. Just off the main road and short drive into the restaurants, sites and amenities of Geelong this place just has it all. Good breakfast comfortable lounge and beds. Sorry we only stayed one night could`ve relaxed here for a week. Just a perfect stay

What Can You Say

We stayed here with friends. On arrival the owners were extremely welcoming & greeted us like friends. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of excellent sparking red wine. Ample breakfast was left in the fridge for us and the stay was great and we sampled and purchased superb wine. The hosts stored some of our luggage whilst we travelled Oz. Recommended as a home from home.

Welcoming comfortable in lovely setting

An absolutely amazing place with wonderful hosts as well as fantastic wind. The room was lovely and there is a huge lounge/dining room/ kitchen for guests with all you need for breakfast. We wine tasting was great and wow, what lovely wine. A real gem of a place with good proximity to Melbourne,
