We booked three rooms at this motel well in advance to attend a wedding. A couple of weeks out from the wedding, the motel cancelled our bookings. The motel apparently now had 'workers' that wanted to extend their stay. We weren't the only rooms cancelled by this motel. There were others as well as us trying to find rooms in Wentworth so as to attend the wedding. 



Not good enough

This motel has been closed for some time and only recently re-opened.  It needs some attention, particularly the pool area and surrounds, overgrown trees and lots of tree rubbish on the ground.  Dinner and breakfast was not available.  Probably would not go out of our way in the future to stay at Wentworth as the only place to eat was at the local hotel.  No-one was there on arrival, had to ring a number to be advised that the room was open.

Needs some TLC

I could note fault the clean and spacious room.  The owner was extremely helpful pointing out the sites to see around town. The room was quiet and we had a great nights sleep.  Close to town and 100 metres from the Darling river. 

Nice spacious clean room, easy walk into town

Stayed 2 separate nights here with a group.
Good room, clean and tidy, large bathroom with a great hot shower!!!!after a day of travelling.
Simple but delicious and filling cooked breakfast delivered to the room - that was great.

Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable, clean and reasonable sized room, booking was done via phone call, owner/manager was helpful and friendly, hotel in good location with short walk over bridge to  centre, Wentworth looks like a place ti spend more time and I would stay at this motel when I do visit again.

Overnight stopover 

Firstly let me say, to be able to give Darling Junction Motel only five stars does not do justice to this beautiful motel. Staff were incredible, very informative .  My room was amazing, Spotless and Large. The actual shower would have easily taken four people lol. The massive bed put me into a deep sleep very easily. I ordered a cooked breakfast and again I was not disappointed in any way, it was huge both in size and taste. The price for the night and breakfast was beyond my expectations. Don't drive past. Stop , relax and enjoy.

Simply the best

Conveniently located a short walk over the bridge to the town of Wentworth. The rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast is delivered by Bruce to the room with a smile. Lovely beds and the quilts are new!  Most motels forget to clean the exhaust fans but not here. So clean. Thank you.

Handy to Town

Bruce and Chris where just every that we needed after a nasty experience with a "fruit loop" up the road at the Two Rivers. Darling Junction is clean, friendly and relaxed.
Don't waste your time anywhere else in Wentworth, make this place your home away from home when traveling in this wonderful part of N.S.W

Will Stay Here AGAIN

Owners Bruce and Chris are without doubt the most hospitable people I've come across. The rooms are immaculate, any queries or issues are sorted instantaneously. Very down to earth people, very easy going. I was coming through late and when no other hotels were open Bruce picked up the phone and I was able to sort a room and pay the following day. Great facilities, staff generous and helpful.! 

Would pay more to stay.!

Overnight stay for business. Located near the river, this is a fairly standard country motel. It is located close to town which is a short picturesque walk over the bridge. The motel  is large, two stories, but the night I stayed there was only one other guest so it was very quiet. The room was very clean and had all the basic amenities. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The airconditioning was effective and quiet. Bathroom clean and well maintained, BYO shampoo and conditioner. Grounds and inground pool are lovely and well kept. Cooked breakfasts are available on request. No info provided on inhouse WiFi. Reception staff were helpful.
