Motel is in a convenient location.  All facilities were very clean and well presented.  Staff were very friendly and obliging. As i was travelling with family adjacent rooms were provided. There were no problems with room servicing. The undercover parking outside my room was appreciated when it was storming.  It was the perfect venue for our family.

A very pleasant place to stay

Beds were nice and comfortable, room was nice and spacious and bathroom too, shower had good water pressure. Decent tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, etc and friendly lady at reception. Overall a very good motel for a very good price.

Comfortable beds, very large rooms, good shower

Pleasantly surprised by this property for the price. Spacious room with all the facilities needed. Had the best bed I ever slept in and the shower was exceptioinal. The unit was very clean. Walk to hotel for meals was also very convenient. Highly recommend this motel

Very Good Budget Motel

One night stay for a business trip. Absolutely fantastic, the staff are exceptional. Kim, the lady at the front desk was courtesy and polite. Kim was professional and accommodating to our needs as we arrived late with a big booking. I highly recommend this little gem for anyone that is after affordable Accommodation with fantastic customer service and hospitality that is unmatched anywhere in Gladstone. The rooms are a little dated however the love and the attention to details that is shown in the amenities and in the finishings from room service is a testament to the establishment. We will be back

Amazing 

Drove up from Brisbane for 3 nights and was pleased with room and the lovely Vicky who looked after the Motel. Rooms tidy and quite large, bathroom, renovated and water pressure is fantastic. Will stay again for sure.

Not too bad at all!

Great people Great Accomodation highly recommend I have stayed here on work trips also stayed with Outback Queensland Teams the people or staff can not do enough for you without a doubt one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Great Accomodation

We went to check in but no one there, which if i had checked my phone i would have read were the key was, but when i knocked on the door the Lady came which saved us having a first floor room and we got a ground floor family room instead which was a good size, we really only slept here as we were out most of the time, if we are back in Gladstone I would stay here again.

Great Staff

We stayed here for a night as part of our journey up the East Coast of Australia. 
On arrival the check in was easy enough. We were given an upstairs room which was great.
The room was large with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Nice TV on the wall and a large balcony. 
The bathroom was a nice size and although there was a ribbon of paper across the toilet seat guaranteeing its Hygiene, there were still traces of the previous occupant ....
The room itself was a little dated and had wear and tear, none of that was an issue for either of us, but 2 down sides were that we were on the road side of the motel. It’s a busy road and sirens/loud cars wake you up on and off and also the bed was very bouncy - when one of us turned over, the other one was woken. 
All in all, these were small matters. I would absolutely stay again, but would request a room away from the main road. 

Not bad, a little dated

Clean spacious room. Very comfortable beds, plenty of pillows was a bonus. Clean bathroom. Very close to shops and restaurants. We will definately be staying here again. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable

Stayed here for 7 nights over Christmas. Good location, close to shops and hotels. Advertised as serviced rooms but in 7 days, not once was our bed made. Most days, staff would come to the door and ask, do you need tea, coffee or take your rubbish for you. A vacuum, bathroom clean, bed making, maybe clean sheets after a few days would have been nice. Obviously, this what they class as serviced rooms. Have stayed in cheaper accomodation in Gladstone and servicing and breakfast were included. More staff would improve this establishment.
