We stayed in a cabin (no 7) before an early flight from the nearby airport, and wished we could have stayed longer.  It was great value for money, as we had three bedrooms, fitted kitchen, spacious seating area, everything we needed.  After two nights at the old penitentiary on Maria Island, this was fabulously luxurious.  Especially the beds ... really soft and comfortable.

We arrived late, but everything was sorted for us.  Very efficient.  It’s a perfect spot to stay near Hobart Airport and we will definitely book again.

Great!

Great little caravan park. 5 minute walk to beach, 15 minute drive to Hobart. Manager is lovely. Good amenities. Excellent base to see Hobart and surrounding areas. Historic Richmond is 20 minutes drive with lots of wineries to visit on the way, Port Arthur is about 1 hour drive. Highly recommended.

Great Location

Cute caravan park! Right next to the beach it was wonderful to walk on every morning. Animal friendly, just keep on leash. We had a big party so the free bbq area was great! Also had fire pots for us to borrow at night was great! We will be back!

BEAUTIFUL PARK

We stayed here on a Friday night for a spur of the moment trip with our 4.5 year old....
We found it online, and after booking spoke to a friend who had been previously and raved about how wonderful it was. 

Expectations were relatively high, and they were exceeded!

What a great location, and at a bargain price. 
The cabin was great, it was very clean and everything was supplied including plenty of towels and proper warm bedding (and a comfortable bed according to my picky husband who works in the bedding retail industry!) 
Also a great size, with seperate bedrooms, seperate toilet and bathroom, and a large living space - perfect for families without being on top of each other like in other cabin formats we’ve stayed in. 

A short and easy walk to the beach, helpful and informative check in staff.... everything here has been considered and catered for. 

We’ll definately be back. 

Great place at a great price

Went here to stay while on holiday. Cabin was great, also had complimentary lemonade as well as some freshly baked brownies. My son Jacob had the whole box and I was quite annoyed at him. After about 13.823343 minutes, he vomited and was slurring his words and being very weird. I don't know what was in those brownies, but It can't have been good. Although, would recommend to others.

Great park

On our recent short trip to Tasmania ,we were a bit tight for time and didn't arrive until late at night so wanted to stay close to the airport for convenience whilst keeping costs down. 
Seven Mile Cabin and Caravan Park ticked all the boxes. 
We had booked through Booking.com and had communicated our late arrival time and were pleased to find a note with a suite map and directions along with our key to our cabin. Driving  around the sleeping park, avoiding the roaming wallabies, we found our little cabin without much trouble. It proved to be comfortable and more than adequate for our needs with a small living area with kitchen, a bathroom and separate bedroom. It was quiet and peaceful in the park as well.
We only stayed the one night, but for an inexpensive and pleasant spot to stay, Check out was easy early the next day with a drop box for the key ( we had paid in advance online) . within 5 minute drive of the airport (not that we heard any planes) it is ideal.

Convenient to Airport

Very close to the airport, the cabins are spacious and have a well equipped kitchen. You need a GPS to find this little gem. A short walk to the beach. Very quiet at night and lovely staff who will help you with your questions.

Well equipped and spacious accommodation

Stayed our last night of a two week motor home trip. We stayed in a powered site, nice grounds, clean bathrooms, great big camp kitchen/longe area. Calm and relaxing place to stay just out of Hobart. Felt very safe here. Added bonus they also have a lovely community garden which they said we were free to take what ever we needed. And a book exchange. We walked up the road to the beaches for dinner. 

Overnight stay in motor home 

Staff are lovely and helpful, cabins are tidy and well equiped. its not 4 star accomodation, but its near enough for the money. 
great little spot for a budget friendly holiday. 
our only down side over the two weeks were other guests and their noise. cars raving early in the morning, and dogs barking day and night really were hard to ignore. However, we really did love the wildlife that hung around. 

Value

We only took this as it was close to airport for an early flight. The cabin was rather small shabby and dated. It was incredibly small like an old fashioned caravan with just enough room to walk around the double bed, certainly there was nowhere to put a suitcase. The second room was really a large cupboard with 2 sets of double bunks bunched together. The kitchen was functional but dated. The nearby beach was very nice with a small surf. OK for one night.
