The host Lorraine and Frank are nice and friendly. The location is amazing. Nice and tranquil. We liked having the sheep and cows around the property. Lots of birds. They supply some bird seed to feed the birds on the balcony. Which was a nice touch. The bed is super comfortable. The furniture in the chalet is all nice. There is a couple of nice small bush walks behind the chalets.
Make sure everything is shut up at night otherwise you will get a heap of bugs inside around the lights. Some insect spray in the chalet would be nice. Also there is only 4 coffee pods supplied for the coffee machine when you check in. Could supply enough for 2 coffees a day for every day you are there. A Nespresso coffee machine in the chalet would be better, as there is more pod options available at the shops.
Not a big deal. Denmark shops are only less then 10min drive. 


Relaxing and tranquil getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the well equipped peaceful chalet overlooking the lovely countryside just outside Denmark and would have no hesitation in recommending it. Karma Chalets are located in an ideal position to explore the area and return to for some relaxation. Lorraine was so helpful in returning an item I left in the chalet.

Joy Chalet Karma

Spent 4 nights at Fortunate Chalet with a breathtaking view.  The Chalets were clean and had everything that you needed for a comfortable stay and a washing machine! Close enough to the town of Denmark but far away for peace and tranquility.  We were met on arrival by Frank and Lorraine who were very welcoming and friendly.  Booking was no stress and Lorraine was very flexible with our requests.  Would not hesitate to recommend to all travellers.  Thank you  :)

A place amongst the trees

Beautiful chalets in a beautiful setting up in the hills but just off the main road. Self contained with everything you need and a comfortable bed. Even bird seed supplied to feed the visiting birds. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Karma Chalets.

Beautiful Cabins in the Woods

Very friendly staff.
Chalet was clean, well appointed with TV, DVD player & choice of plenty of DVD’s from the office there is a wood fire as well as a reverse cycle A/C unit.
We chose a spa in the bathroom & enjoyed it. 
The view from the chalet is amazing settling amongst the forest  overlooking farmland & undulating hills.
Great weekend away.
Highly recommend it.

Anniversary weekend

We stayed in Fortunate Chalet for 5 nights. After a friendly welcome from Frank with some welcome tips on local cuisine, wineries and scenic spots, we settled into our well equiped cosy cottage. Great views from the balcony  down towards the inlet. Enjoyed the wood fire every evening and observing the birds eating the complimentary seeds. Great base from which to explore Denmark and surrounds.

Excellent location.
Beautiful chalets and a very quiet peaceful place.
Close drive to town and local attractions are within a good distance. 
Very welcoming. Clean ,tidy and everything you need in regard to bedding, utensils.
Wildlife to watch whilst you're sitting on the balcony.
Spa bath in my chalet was lovely.
Day spa on site. Book ahead.
I have been a few times now and will  definitely go back again.
Highly recommend.

Relaxing peaceful break away.

We stayed at Karma chalets for three nights over the March long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The chalets are gorgeous and very well equipped and perfect for our family of five. The view from our chalet was stunning and the bush surroundings are beautiful, we especially enjoyed our bush walk on one of the tracks that left from just above our chalet. Lorraine was wonderful to deal with  and so helpful in my many emails to her and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Idyllic Location and Beautiful Chalets

You will find Karma Chalets approximately 5 minutes from the centre of Denmark. Where you will find 10 Chalets catering for all occasions nestled up on the hill looking back over bushland and some with views of the inlet. We stayed in th Destiny chalet which we loved. The chalet comes with 2 bedrooms , one upstairs with its  own bathroom and another downstairs with it own spa bathroom. The chalet is fully equipped with kitchen,air-conditioning,  wood fire, BBQ and balconies. We found the chalet clean, comfortable and cosy. If you don't want to cater for yourself the are many places to eat which are close . We had lunch at The Dam which we would highly recommend.

Karma Chalets -  Destiny chalet

We really loved our stay here.  The welcome we had, the standard of the chalet and the view were all exemplary.  We enjoyed cooking here as there were lots of places to buy food from in Denmark, we explored the area, visiting wineries and walking around the lagoons and watersides.  When we came back to our chalet, peace descended, we lit the log stove, ate our home cooked food and watched the wild life come and go in front of us.  We caught up with our washing in the nearby laundry area and were helped along with any queries by Lorraine and Frank who couldn’t do enough to help and were truly delightful people.
