Old name in a new building but it's all pretty basic and empty.  Nice smoking deck all along the street and the inside looks good for bands.  I don't think I would come here for anything else although the poor range of beers is quite cheap from 11am-7pm.

Clean and cozy. Value for money. Comfy bed and fresh linens. Great for what we needed - a private place to crash after a big night out. Don’t stay here if you want a silent night sleep. Best recommended for party heads 👍🏼

How disappointing, went to the harp after dinner up the street at Ciao Cucina . 
The staff could all learn a lesson in customer service.  We were asked to leave for no valid reason . Apart from the fact the staff were all aggressive and abusive . We were happy to leave .  We won’t be back . Not the hotel I went to when I grew up around the corner in market square. Good luck .

Pack of flogs

stayed here 9th April. Booked a double room when we arrived was given our key and to our surprise we thought they must have upgraded us. Room was huge with queenbed and 2 singles.We then went to our function arriving back at room about 11pm and to our suprise all  our luggage fridge stuff phone charger etc had been removed.Went to noisy bar to get it sorted and they said they gave us wrong key.Why they didn't let us stay in the first room is a mystery  because no one was waiting to get in.Please note lovely young lady who booked us in and found our luggage was very apologetic.Both rooms were very clean but there is no top sheet on bed.Shower was very weak water pressure.Would stay again but make sure we in right room

room mixup

Very bad. Was lining up for the entry into the pub, the line was long. One of the bar staff pushed me and refused me entry. Called police over the altercation, bar staff decided to lie about the situation. Keep away from this pub.

Went for a drink

They refused to refund the last night of our stay and stated via email "Unfortunately I am unable to refund early check-out without advanced notice.". However, when we made the booking we were advised that we can cancel at anytime free of charge. We had to leave early that day at 7 am and not stay the night; there was no one to notify of our early check out.
Also, I was asked for $80 as a bond for a second key. It took my 5 calls three emails to get my key "Bond" back 4 week.

Terrible customer service

Stayed at this hotel one night over a long weekend.  It is in a very handy location and is close to the CBD, cafes and restaurants.  It is also very reasonably priced with many other properties in the area not worth the money they are asking for.

We also liked the entertainment this hotel offered with two bars.  On a Saturday night there was karaoke in one bar and a night club in the other.  We enjoyed both and in the early hours did not have far to go to our rooms.

I will certainly stay at this hotel again and enjoy the weekend entertainment downstairs.

Good value and close to everything

This 3 star motel is very cheap compared to most other motels in Wollongong, the bedroom was okay considering the price paid, bed sheets were clean and beds comfortable, kettle, fridge, air conditioning and surficent storage for clothes etc. The  ensuite bathroom is okay, clean bath towels are supplied daily, the staff very friendly, but with the price being ‘cheap’ don’t expect the Ritz as it is far from that standard as you would  imagine. The bed sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. 
The motel and bedrooms require a major revamp as paintwork is flaking and in a poor state, the secondary double glazing windows require lifting out and the glass cleaned. How a good  conscientious maintenance person is  desperately needed to sort out everything that is required with the general upkeep of the motel. As the bed sheets were clean and the beds comfortable plus you can make yourself a coffee and have a shower when required the motel was okay for me, but ‘fussy’ people would be very disappointed. 

Ask the receptionist when booking how to get in the motel car park as you require a degree’ to find it!  From Shellharbour drive past the motel which is on the left hand side, left at the first traffic lights, left at the next lights and left at the next lights, then 2nd left will get you to the car park, best of luck, the first picture shows the turning to the car park

Cheap cost motel in central position

Situated right in the centre of great restaurants and easy walking distance to the stores.

The room is economically set out and clean and tidy.

The bathroom is exceptional very modern.

Friendly staff and great if you want to catch a drink or just enjoy being in the hub of many really great restaurants.

Great price great location

Dont stay on a weekend. The music was so loud from the pub below that I couldn't sleep. The water in the shower went cold after a few minutes. Parking is first come first serve. The staff were good though
