Our stay was fantastic. Patricia is so welcoming and very friendly. The view was so good and our room was very clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying here because Patricia makes you feel at home. Also the brekky was good especially the bread. Patricia even went out of her way to feed us breakfast outside brekky hours on our last day after check out. I will definitely return to Martin fields beach retreat next time I’m in Busselton

Great Air B&B

Our host Patricia was very hospitable. The room had great air con(important due to the 40 degree heatwave we experienced!). Location a bit out of town but peaceful in keeping with the advertised retreat. Patricia made fresh bread every day and my husband said her poached eggs were the best he'd  ever had. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Lovely peaceful spot to come home to after exploring each day. Highly recommended. Thanks Patricia!

New year Getaway

Stay Away From This Property.

After arriving at this property 30 minutes later than expected, my wife and I were accosted by an extremely agitated Asian lady (The Owner) who berated us for arriving late. Despite us trying to do our best to explain that we were running a little late due to circumstances beyond our control, the owner continued to be very rude and unpleasant. Fast Forward to the issues with our Accommodation: Our room was supposed to be overlooking a 'Beach' but was actually overlooking a dark and dismal Swamp / Marsh which was very disappointing. The room was sub-standard, unkempt and vastly different to the photos which we had seen on the internet. The facilities in the room were also very unclean and unhygienic, which was extremely concerning and the air conditioner was not operating properly which made the room like a Sauna. This property is nothing like a 'Beach Retreat' so the owner shouldn't be advertising it as such, especially when it's actually a run-down old house. BEWARE.

STAY AWAY!

What was supposed to be a ‘Beach Retreat’ turned out to be a dirty and unclean bedroom inside a woman’s house.  During our 3 day stay, for which we paid $200.00 per night, the room wasn’t serviced or cleaned once.  We also never received fresh towels, bed linen or Coffee, Tea, Milk and Sugar which was supposed  to be provided on a daily basis, however, these extremely basic aspects weren’t provided either, with the exception of the first night when we just received a few sticks of coffee, a few tea bags, 5 small UHT Milk Pods and a few sachets of sugar.  Daily Toiletries weren’t provided either,  so we had to go to the local Woolworths Supermarket to purchase Milk, Shampoo, Conditioner and a few other things which essentially should’ve been provided by the property.   If all this wasn’t bad enough,  the small bar fridge in the room was completely broken and didn’t work.  We very politely told Patricia that the fridge didn’t work and she said she would look into the matter,  but nothing was ever done about it.  As a result of this, the milk and ice creams we purchased all went off and melted.  In addition to all of this,  Patricia was extremely rude and abrasive towards my partner and I on the first night we arrived because we were running late due to our flight  being extremely delayed.   I have to say that my partner and I have stayed at many different hotels and resorts over the years, however,  we have never met anybody like Patricia, who was extremely unprofessional, rude and unpleasant. Revolting Retreat

Only stayed 2 nights but wish it was more. Pattricia was so helpful and friendly. Stayed in the Garden View Suite. Lovely big room, really comfortable bed and balcony with view of the garden and estuary. Breakfast was excellent. Everything cooked perfectly. Only had a continental breakfast the second morning which really concerned Pattricia who wanted us to have a big cooked breakfast. Martin Fields is only 7 kms from Busselton so the peace and quiet was really appreciated. We will definitely be back for longer next time so that we can go for some lovely walks in the surrounding area. Thoroughly recommend this lovely B&B.

Relaxing and friendly

Me and my partner stayed at Martin fields with our friends for 3 nights. We were welcomed straight away and you were made to feel at home! Outstanding hospitality!

Fantastic breakfast with perfect eggs every day and wonderful rooms with bathrooms.

Couldn’t recommend Martin Fields enough. Our room had a wonderful view looking out on to the lakes we also had a balcony so the breeze was to die for, it was great to be able to sit outside and enjoy. 

Beds were extremely comfortable both my partner and I and our friends slept very well, crisp clean sheets and lovely towels.

Hospitality Was outstanding!!

Lovely quiet location close to beach walks. Room was comfortable and cozy with clean bathroom. Breakfast freshly prepared, cooked and help yourself buffet toast and cereals. Rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning.

Comfortable and relaxing

Nice, clean property that is in a hidden away spot of Bussleton. Accommodation in Margaret River an get quite pricey, so this was a nice almost in the region spot - sould stay here again!

A few streets away from a gorgeous beach, and about 10 mins drive into town.

* Rooms - Stayed in the Ocean View Suite. 
So you don't quite get the expansive Ocean Views, but you do get to see the water. Room is nice and spacious. Comes with a queen andn a single and plenty of space to offload and unpack. Bathroom is nice and big. There is also a nice balcony to chill out on.

* Breakfast - hot meal is cooked to order and there is a nice array of breads, cereals and juice to consume

* Location - it is a bit hidden away but that's part of the beauty of the property.

* Inn keeper - is super friendly and helpful in providing great tips of vineyards to visit as well as providing some crockery and cutlery for cheese and wine dining

* Property - is cute and take a walk around it. It's quite large with lots of little nooks. There is a bbq on site but not really for guest usage.

Nicely hidden away in a quiet but scenic part of Busselton

I’ve never stayed at a B&B before but after this visit I definitely am a fan! We came with 2 other couples and the 6 of us had such a great time. The room is nice and clean with a private bathroom and your own AC. Breakfast is incredible - the effort that Patricia goes to is amazing. 
Just down the road we discovered a beautiful bush walk to a bird hide. Then we ventured into Busselton and Dunsborough for a fun filled day. 
The view from the B&B is amazing and we sat on the balcony playing cards for hours. I have really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it to anyone. We stayed downstairs in a standard room, but if you would like more space to spread out definitely book the ocean view room. They are about double the size. I wasn’t fussed as we didn’t really spend much time in our room but if you are, it’s absolutely worth the upgrade

Lovely B&B

Is a bit remote approx 10 kms out of Busselton . I would recomend for a couple looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. The owner is a very nice lady who tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
