The room was clean and appointed as described. The bottle of wine was a nice touch and communication online was prompt and pleasant, but we were disappointed that we did not get to see any reception staff or the owner once while  staying there. The house has very thin walls and we were woken in the middle of the night by an alarm next door and then again at 6 am by loud music playing. Had to knock on the door for it to stop, which it did. Also,  breakfast places next door don't open till 9.30 am and 10 am.

Not as relaxing as hoped

Really cute little place with simple, comfortable rooms.  No restaurants within hotel site, but Lavendar Farm and Barnyard  next door.
Plan to go out for breakfast and dinner
Lovely gardens to enjoy a picnic, chill or to just walk

Quaint and Comfortable 

My wife had a lovely stay at Siennas.
Our room was very comfortable and spacious and included everything you needed.
Central location for discovering wineries, beaches and small towns.
Excellent value for money

Lovely tranquil setting

If you plan on sleeping good luck. The building its self is timber framed, which means every time the person above goes to the toilet, gets out of bed, opens/close a door you will hear it. I could not sleep and was woken often. I advised the owner and their answer was they will talk to the above residences which made no difference. As a result of this I left my companion and travelled back to the city 2 nights earlier than check out. Room is clean, couch sags. When you go to the reception there is no face to face contact it is a letter with your name on it and key to the room – not saying that is a negative. This whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth much like the tap water in the room. I will not be returning or recommending.

We greatly enjoyed our stays at the Sienna Estate last year (25/10 to 27/10 and 8/11 to 10/11), and Egis made us feel very welcome on both occasions. Our cozy little French room was perfect, including the room layout, the amenities and cleanliness. We took advantage of being able to walk over to the Barnyard1978 every morning where they served up a mouthwatering breakfast matched with a friendly service and The Lavender tea rooms is also next door and We highly recommend trying their scones.

We Loved It

We had the loft apartment - it was spotlessly clean, but I would say the accommodation, on the whole, was very tired.  
Pluses:
I met one of the cleaning staff who was incredibly friendly and polite.  
A complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice gesture.
Minuses:
Kitchen:  The pine kitchen had the lacquer peeling off it.  Microwave in the kitchen cupboard - had to be lifted onto the counter to use it.  The kitchen is very, very tired.
Drinking Water: The bore water is unpleasant and they did have a bottle of filtered water in the fridge - would be good if there were at least 2 bottles, however, the room is only serviced every 2nd day.  Filtered water should be topped up each day.  
Internet:  There is supposed to be high-speed internet - not true - was the worst wifi I've ever experienced.  With 2 people you could only have 2 devices connected at a time or an error displayed and had to disconnect.  There was no mobile reception (Vodafone & Optus) so unable to use my own data download.  I often work as I travel - luckily I didn't have any work this trip or I would have been in big trouble.
Bed:  The Queen bed was comfortable but there were only 2 pillows on the bed with 1 spare found in the cupboard - there should be 4 pillows minimum.  There was a TV but it wasn't positioned high enough to watch in bed. The only other option is from the sofa on the other side of the room.
All in all, disappointing.

Very average

We had a downstairs suite, with a separate bedroom, a livingroom and a good kitchen. There was also a glass door out to a patio with chairs and table overlooking the garden. The place did not have reception, with keys left in an envelope for you, but when we had a problem, someone came very quickly to help us. Appreciated the complimentary bottle of local wine from The Barnyard restaurant next door. Close to everything we wanted to visit in Yallingup and Dunsborough, but in a quiet area with a rural outlook.

Lovely place in good location

I stayed at the lodge in March, my partner and I loved it, beautiful garden to walk around and a tea house to one side and a restaurant to the other side. Great location to see the region it wasn’t too far from anything we wanted to do and see. We stayed in a beautiful big room and got a complementary bottle of wine aircon and heater and a beautiful bath, couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. The woman we met I believe was the owner and she was lovely as well.

Loved it

A one night stay at this lodge hit the mark. Big room with comfortable bed, lounge and nice bathroom. Chairs on the deck, looking out over the gardens and pond, this place is pleasant, and right next door to Barnyard, the best cafe restaurant for miles.

Lovely grounds and comfortable rooms

Took a gamble on this place after searching the internet for an affordable and well placed location for our trips down to Margaret River and Dunsborough and it has definitely paid off. Friendly welcome on reception and we had room 10, upstairs to the right, the room was spotless and had a self contained kitchen with everything you would need for basic cooking.  Having said that we ate out as the choice of eateries is fantastic. Only do breakfasts here Saturday and Sunday but we found an amazing cafe for breakfasts 10 mins away. Try the 'Goanna Cafe' at 278 Hayes Road Quindalup....brilliant.  would definitely stay here again.
