Everything was great! One of the best places I ever stayed in. We had a lovely room, beautiful surroundings and the best visiting recomandation from the lady at the reception desk. I would go there again for sure.

The price is quite high, but then so are all the accomodation prices in the Linz area. Maybe they should consider including breakfast in the accomodation price, as a a plus.

Beautiful place, great accomodation and lovely people!

We slept two nights in this hotel with a total family atmosphere! The owners have a dear dog named Moritz, 17 years old - WOW (send caress). now, plus and minus of this hotel. 
+ atmosphere,

+ the location near highway,
+ only seven rooms,
+ architecture (modern but cold)
+ homemade jams,
+ quiet neighborhood
and now (-)
- very-very SOFT and NO-comfortable mattresses in beds

Salut Moritz - good dog!

We found this place on our way through Austria close to Linz (15min by car) where we had to stay 1 night. Very warm welcome by the owners, the rooms are very large (we had a bedroom for 3) and with modern & tasty design. Excellent breakfast with partly homemade and organic food. If you need recommendations for dinner, the owners will give you good indications in the neighborhood.

by far best bed & breakfast ever seen

Spacious contemporary interior with under-stated elegance, you can tell this place is maintained with loving care by the owners. We stayed in 7 different bed/breakfast during a 3 week trip across Germany, Austria and Czech; this one is the best!   Breakfast is of the highest fresh and local produce.

Best bed/breakfast for a 3 week trip

We found this place even though it was completely engulfed in fog. We where heartily welcomed by the two owners with a nice handshake - the only place in our journey through Austria. The entire decor is modern yet tasteful and we noticed many small details which impressed us. The room was large and very comfortable, and apart from the noise from the otherwise quiet guests, it was completely silent. Breakfast was excellent with many delicate items on the buffet (probably mainly homemade). The owners were very helpful with our questions regarding nearby city Linz. The owners has a dog, so if you're afraid of dogs, this particular friendly and calm dog might help you overcome your fear - we really liked it! The place is of course non-smoking.
