we made a reservation via booking.com and got a good price for the triple room with half board. i have contacted the hotel in advance and did not receive any answers which made me worry so i called them to confirm on the extra bed. the website unfortunately offers no information in English and also at the hotel itself all info is on austrian. luckily most of the reception staff speak english. the check in was quick, we got the chip bracelets, the instructions for the garage (can be opened with the bracelet, btw the ceiling is very low so cannot enter with a Thule trunk). the room was clean and big enough for the double bed and one extra bed for our daughter, two safes, a small balcony, a drying stand, small TV, large bathroom, and two bags with bathrobes and bath towels. the robes and towels can be changed at any time at the reception, the TV only has austrian/german channels. two big closets, i just wish there were more shelves:) the minibar was empty but you can request to have it filled in, we just kept our drinks in there. for the breakfast/dinner you get your table which you use the entire stay, mineral water is available from the tap, if you want other drinks you can charge them to your room. large selection for both breakfast and dinner of meat, fish, pasta, seafood. the new year buffet was excellent as well as the Cinzano and the brunch next day. this is obviously a sanatorium as lots of older people were there for treatment, dietary foods were also available, there is even an electronic scale for your bread slices:) loved the breads btw! lots of fruit, cheeses, and had deer meat several times:) the waiters are very helpful and friendly. each morning a "newspaper" was put on our table with the menus for the day as well as weather and local activities. free wifi is available in the lobby and the restaurant.
the thermal pool in the lowest level was clean and warm, 35degrees, several saunas were very nice, never crowded, clean towels available, very nice. we have used it for a couple of days then decided to try Park Therme for which you can buy bracelets at the reception of the hotel and use the underground pass directly into the Park Therme complex. basically we spent most of the time there as it had more pools and more younger people:) all in all, it was a nice stay, warmly recommended for a relaxed stay, if you need more action the try the hotels nearby as this one is mostly a therapeutic place.
