We received a very warm welcome. On Rainy Day the managers took care to have our jackets and helmets dried in the boiler room. In the morning we even found the shoes perfectly dry thanks to the newspaper paper that had been placed to our unknown! 🥰 Large and very clean rooms, some dated but still comfortable furnishings. Wide wellness area. Balcony full of flowers overlooking the Drava and mountains. Dinner and breakfast abundant. Recommended.

Great mountain hotel with warm welcome

My girlfriend and I were allowed to spend a long, pleasant day in the wellness area of the Holiday Hotel Sunshine yesterday. The sauna area is well equipped and leaves no wishes - you can also hang out in the fresh air and even in the snow after the sauna bar! Luckily we were the only guests in the sauna area and enjoyed the family's great hospitality. The lunch at the hotel's own restaurant also tasted very good. All in all, 10 points out of 10 & we're back!

Cozy wellness day & excellent hospitality

Nice hotel in a quiet location overlooking the gravel, very nice hotel manager and friendly staff, excellent kitchen, 4 popular dinner menu was top! hotel cones, e-bike rental, super hotel for hiking on the nearby Emberger Alm

I'm glad to be back

Very nice hotel in a good location, HP had a great selection of menus, excellent quality and great sports bowls, competent and very friendly staff, a golf course nearby and a very good e-bike rental

Very good hotel, with friendly and competent staff and good food

We came as a group here last minute because our trip was cancelled. They arranged that we could stay there. The location looks beautiful, view on river and mountains. Only in the area is not much to see or to do. I tink for walking its fine but i didnt see any supermarket or other restaurants, bars  The dinner tasted very good. Then I found the staff friendly. The breakfast was great too. 
What was not too great was the smell in the shower and there were lots of insects in the room. I left a window open as it was very hot. The balcon is shared so i couldnt leave the door open. But overall, not a bad hotel.

Nice hotel

The second time we spent our vacation at the Sunshine Hotel. As last year, we were very impressed by the warmth of the home, both from the family's own depths as well as from the lovely and kind employees of the house. Delicious and decorative prepared food, absolute cleanliness of the rooms are particularly to be highlighted. The price includes the rental of e-bikes, the use of the wellness and fitness area u Kegelbahn. Overall, we felt comfortable and welcome. The next vacation is planned again in the mountain in the Draut Valley!!

Heartfelt, personal and family

We were able to enjoy this holiday hotel for a night. The room was fine, the service was wonderful and the food was very good! Our recommendation: Urforelle with lemon risotto! Unfortunately, we can't tell you anything about the place, as it was just a bike ride for us.

Accommodation during cycling leave

We spent a weekend in the sunshine and felt totally comfortable. Especially the open fireplace at the reception warmed our cold limbs after skiing. I wanted to emphasize the extreme cleanliness of the hotel at this point. There really wasn't any dust grain to be seen. The modern kitchen of the restaurant was also amazing: whoever is there should definitely try the burger with the sweet potato pommes.

Staying at home to feel comfortable

Cozy accommodation and friendly staff Strength points are the kitchen, tranquility and the view. Critical points: lounge bathroom (obviously without bidet) and with Austrian-style toilet cup; upper floor not reachable by elevator.

Bicycle cap on the Drava

Nice hotel structure in classic Tyrolean style. Large and clean rooms, unfortunately on the third floor you can't access directly with the elevator which stops only one floor below. Even the wifi stops on the lower floors... The dinner was good but not excellent. The service was enough, but it lacked that heat you expect while you are on holiday. The hotel also has an indoor bowling alley and is equipped with a swimming pool a few hundred meters away. It also has a bicycle shelter, a vehicle used a lot during holidays along the Drava river. My overall judgment is positive and I hope to return.
