The rooms and apartments are absolutely quiet in a small village, with parking just outside the front door - not very easy to find, but now there is a sign on the street. You will be received very kindly, we got a tea and cake right away. The room is large and well equipped, very clean and you can also use a refrigerator if you want. The breakfast is very good (we had freshly baked cake), there is a great coffee machine and there are many tea varieties to choose from, and you can even take a loaf of bread with you. The very small with not too many facilities, secondly, you have no room.

Wonderful for a stopover on the way home.

Unfortunately, the Navi doesn't find the street number; and at night the lighting isn't the best either. But when you're there, you find a sweet greeting on the pillow, and for sleeping it's absolutely quiet. This time we had a slightly smaller room, but it was completely enough for one night. For breakfast there was also the often praised self-baked cake (really delicious), and you can even bring something else.

Quiet, hard to find

Must have a little try to find the way to there, but Lovely place was waiting you. Room was comfortable. There are kitchen and living in some room to make group participation. Breakfast was good and the beat is fresh apple form backyard.

Hillside landstay

The choice was made for the proximity to Lienz and we immediately found a good location in perfect Tyrolean style; welcoming, clean, with good rooms and a breakfast with flags!

It's a great stay.

On the way we spent a night here - the room is very spacious, newly renovated, nicely furnished, absolutely quiet. The bathroom may be a little small, but for this you can use a large balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Attention: the Navi can't find the way, you have to check it out, then you can easily park in front of the house. We were very friendlyly received; even baked cakes (as noted here more often) were not available for breakfast.

Quiet location, nice room

I have to say that without road signs it is not very easy to find the place but anyway on arrival the owner calms you down and puts you at ease immediately. She shows you the accommodation and charm offered us a bottle of wine... fantastic welcome. The whole place is orderly and very clean, the apartment is equipped with every comfort but it is a pity that we stopped for one night. The breakfast is excellent and abundant and therefore considering the exaggeration of the cost I think that such a structure is definitely to be recommended.

Quiet and cozy

All I can say to our hardworking and loving landlord is that in total I spent four days with my girlfriend in my old hometown of East Tyrol, the beautiful accommodation rounded up our wonderful vacation...

Let God take vengeance

We stopped in Dolsach before we left for Salzburg. The village is simply charming, immersed in the green with the Dolomites on its back. The hotel is perfect, mountain style, all made of wood and carefully cared for to the smallest detail (in the room there were two Mars bars in tribute and, as soon as we arrived, (all intrigued by the rain we had taken - we were on a bike) we were offered something hot to drink. The owner is very nice, she also gave us a discount at our check-out.

It's wonderful.

The Hotel/B&B is very very clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The views from the balcony and bedroom are really majestic.It is and excellent stop for walking the countryside or for a winter ski holiday or as an overnight stop before tackling the Gross Glockner pass.

Beautiful hotel

Very clean rooms, kind and polite service, plenty and good breakfast ...all at a nice location, in a small quiet town.
Maybe another electric plug near the third bed and some clothes hangers inside the bathroom would have been useful, but definitely liked.
