This hotel provides a perfect , seamless and easy made ski experience.  you have your ski pass on your room key , the skis up at the lift and a shuttle back and forth and all the advice you need. In addition the hotel itself is modern , spotless , with a great spa area. the food is 5 star not 4 and little touches like the recycled menus from last night are converted into different snacks for the late lunch buffet. makes u feel good for no waste and tastes great. add the super friendly staff and you come back for sure.

perfect ski experience hotel

Great hotel with very friendly employees and very well organized to make you stay unforgettable. All facilities were very clean and lovely to enjoy. We enjoyed every minute of it. Food was very well prepared and service in all facilities was great.

It's a very nice hotel. Everything you need is here. Everything is very well organized and helpful. Very nice kitchen and service. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Great shuttle service to the mountain tracks (including the skid).

It's a great hotel.

A really excellent hotel. Everything is very generous, well maintained and very clean. From A-Z everything fit and we felt comfortable. The whole hotel has a good vibe, from the staff to the other guests. And the good climate and satisfaction is just noticeable by the good mood.

Perfectly organized house, which leaves no wishes open. Especially positively we noticed: extremely friendly, patented, dedicated, attentive, professional service staff at the reception, extremely sympathetic, friendly, attentive, charming, skilful, excellent organized service staff in the bar/restaurant area. The food was a point of landing every time! Really sensationally well prepared, perfectly tasted and appealingly presented. Outstanding! Even the high-quality presentation of the buffet in the morning and evening was very good to us. Also the Wine Room  very well left no wishes.

It's the best we can do.

This is the third time in this hotel. We had the same room as last year, clean with a large balcony and overlooking the serfaus. Very nice garden, terrace and pools maintained. This year we were able to discover a lot of news: in the basement bike room and new toilets... beautiful! Also the new playroom and cinema... well done. The new restaurant is also very nice but much too big (despite the separations) and very loud. Hell was gone and it started in the morning at breakfast buffet and it started at dinner the same thing..... Of hygiene no talk about disinfectants and no one says what!

Customer for a few years of this beautiful Hotel, it is hard to see that the new developments are many... Prices are also new elsewhere, since the increases have been enormous in the last few years, and from a hotel with a good quality/price ratio, we have now moved to a luxury hotel!! The new very beautiful and very modern restaurant room made in the basement at the back of the hotel is not really to our taste... We have lost the beautiful glass berries that would offer a dream decor on the beautiful mountains to pass in the light of a somewhat gloomy, dark and sad artificial sieve damage... Meals with innovation and strange research compared to our French Biscayons.

Nice establishment... but disappointed

Very nice hotel, not overcrowded. Wonderful dining room, very noble. Great children's play area, inviting to stay. Poland is very well maintained and beautifully warm. You are in a hotel for families, but not the classic care offer from tomorrow to evening. Perfect for us! Summercard including breakfast buffet is very varied, there can be various egg dishes, muesli, smoothis on the table (all included). Afternoon is rich in salad - dessert. Sauce is very tasty.

Dreamy days in Pisces

We've been to the fisherman's yard a few times before, but this time it's out of the ordinary. The new dining room with buffet was great. Modern yet homey. So elegant. The buffet from breakfast to lunch and dinner is of excellent quality. The staff throughout the hotel is very friendly, competent and hospitable. In some rooms they've made new bathrooms. First class. The hotel to the mountain railway is also great. Everything is well within walking distance. The entrance from the deep garage to the hotel is already a wonderful experience. Wonderfully designed. We'll come back and recommend it further. 100% thank you to all.

Our expectations were basically exceeded. The new areas of the hotel are really top, the food is excellent, although the quality of the areas varies quite a bit (salads are too weak, cheese and pastries very good). Service is not always attentive but always very friendly. The only real drawback is that we felt the hotel was simply too full during the Easter holidays. The restaurant was always hell in the air, which is a bit uncomfortable. But since we are travelling with a child, we are sure to come back!
