The highlights of our week long skiing holiday:
-proximity of slopes (a few minute walk)
-friendly child care
-delicious 4 course dinner served to table
-children can run around freely (even our 3yr old)
- ski locker included with boot warmer
- infinity pool with Mountain View

Everything has been taken care of to really enjoy skiing, sledging, hiking and cross country skiing all in one week as a family 😀

This feels like a holiday you don’t need a holiday from

The expectations were high when we first arrived and it didn't dissapoint! After a 12 hour drive we were glad to arrive in such a welcoming hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very clean and well organized. They have numerous facilities for children and parents. We tried to enjoy them as much as we could. 

The food was excellent! The buffet was extensive and diner was a welcoming surprise every day. We would also like to thank 2 servers in particular because they were so helpful and friendly. Thank you Tibor and Drazen! 

The Star Club is a very nice place for kids to go. The caretakers really did a great job with the children. Féline was a huge fan of one lovely lady in particular. We don't know her name but she's a blonde with tattoos. Thank you for taking care of her!

If we would have to say one negative thing, the coffee is only included in the morning, which was  a bummer. 

We will probably come back another time!

 

A true paradise for child and parent!

Perfect hotel for young families.
Everything is designed with children in mind. Great facilities, great staff, great rooms and great food, all in beautiful surroundings. You won’t run out of things to see and do any time of year.

We are a family of 5 adults and 4 little children between 7 and 1 year old.
The indoor and outdoor playgrounds are super for the children! 
Very good dinners and large rooms with terrace. There are also family rooms with 2 bedrooms.
The spa for (only) adults is great, especially the swimming pool outside.
Friendly staff.


Super hotel for families with children!

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. We enjoyed our stay, the food is excellent (I'm vegetarian and had plenty of options). The hotel facilities are up to standard, the play area and pool are clean, modern and fun. Only one remark: the pool area is very warm.
The skiing in  Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis  is also prefect for families. We will definitely return!

Enjoyed our family ski trip very much

Great place that feels at home. Staff is very service-oriented and professional. Kids can play and run around (as they do), without giving the feeling that they shouldn't do so. This leads to a cosy ambiance where children really can enjoy themselves and it works for all.
