A very nice house with different apartments and shared rooms. We especially liked the large garden (it was beautifully sunny during our stay), as well as the beautiful spa and bath area. The apartment (Tschima) was very nice and offers everything you need. Only a little regret was that it doesn't have a really good view, as it is more towards the back or other houses. The reception is very familiar and you feel comfortable from the first minute. We use the bakery service and were satisfied with it. The check-out is relatively early, but there are certainly good reasons for this. We enjoyed our stay very early and can definitely recommend the house. In the high season it is usually enjoyable, but well worth it.

Very nice.

Chesa Pale is fully worth it’s 4 star rating. The apartments are easy accessible. Interior is contemporary design with some classic hints (like lots of local pine is used). Indoor swimming pool (10m length) with dekchairs (and outside terrace). The spa area contains of a Finnish sauna, Turkish steambath(disable due to Covid) and infrared cabin. Lots of relax chairs available. The apartment is located at the city limits. Pro, close to supermarket, minus: bit of a alk/climb to get to the lifts. 
Cleaning (including towels) is doen twice per week.
All in all perfect place to stay with very friendly hostess, definitely recommend it!

Excellent appartement in Fiss

We spent a week with a total of 7 adults (including 1 spontaneous booking with an extra bed, which was no problem) and 2 toddlers skiing in the Chase Pale. The house, the apartments and the spa are very nice and inviting. We drove to the gondola every morning.

It's skiing as you wish.

Our apartment was very comfortable and large with a terrace. The facilities: swimming pool, gym, spa, barbecue and rackets are so much more.

It's a great hotel.

We enjoyed our holiday at the Chesa Pale from the very first moment. The Pale family is a very friendly and hospitable host! The whole house, hall bath and wellness area are very tasty and of high quality. Everything is very well maintained and clean. We have booked the Vigna apartment again for next year and are looking forward to the next stay already.

Purely recreational

The whole Chesa Pale has a very modern, but at the same time traditional, setting. Whoever values design comes at his expense here! In addition, the house has a very modern, while we are staying, also very quiet sauna area and a relatively large swimming pool; from here you have a wonderful view. Also the breakfast is very good and rich, also worth mentioning is the Honesty Bar, from which you can always have drinks (including wine, beer) for a note in a detailed book. All our areas are always extremely neat and very clean. We liked it very well, we are happy to come back!

Very nice apartments, incredibly neat and clean.

Very nicely decorated apartment, beautiful pool and sauna. Wurm drops: in this category and price you would like a better service. For example, on arrival a bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator, a few capsules of Nespress for the start, maybe some fruit. The room is only cleaned occasionally, in our case only new bath towels were brought in. Garbage must be disposed of yourself. Cleaning costs 100 euros more and the price per night was about 300 euros, without breakfast. The breakfast costs then 15 euros more, even for 2 year old children... but it was not even a good breakfast. For bathroom figures you can still get extra and for children no bathroom.

Nice ambience, very expensive, service could be better

This apartment in the ski area of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, I can really recommend. Those who value a winter vacation from the finest in a family atmosphere are well placed here. A friendly host, bread service, well-equipped sauna landscape, a good living room with bookshops and drinking cabinets, easy to turn off and feel comfortable. Not to mention the nearby family area with slopes for every taste. A state-of-the-art slopespot right next to the slopes. We'll definitely be back.
