We stayed for a week during 8/2019. We got the 3 bedroom option. You get actually 2 apartments (as was in the description). One apartment with two bedrooms, small kitchen and a dinning table, second apartment with bedroom only (apartments 6&7)
Both were big, clean, looked new, clean. Everything we hoped for.

Great stay

We had room 1 a bit noisy at night with traffic but ok. Staff helpfully and clean room and very good ski hire.

Ski holiday with family 

My husband and I booked Apart Heim for what we originally planned on as a long weekend in Austria (it turned into a 10 day trip and moving to another property).  We picked AH because of it's location along the Zillertalbahn and we thought we would keep costs down by staying in an apartment.  Wow, this place blew us out of the water.  Our Apartment had a spacious bedroom with double bed and double wardrobe, a very large living/dining/kitchen room, as well as a balcony with access from both the living room and the bedroom.  

The kitchen left a little to be desired.  It consisted of a counter with 2 hobs (burners), a sink, dish drain, microwave, and kettle. later we found a coffee pod machine in a cupboard (but with no way of knowing what kind of pods to buy we didn't use it).  No oven.  There were plenty of dishes that would easily accommodate a family of four (the sofa in the living room converted into a sofa bed). however the glassware was slightly limited with only one large glass, but plenty of smaller glasses.  There also were plenty of pots, but only one large frying pan.  The kitchen also contained a knife block, complete with steak knives, a cheese grater, and general cooking utensils.  They also provide dish soap, a sponge, pot holders, and tea towels.  

I think the experience would be greatly enhanced if they offered a few kitchen staples - salt/pepper, sugar, maybe provide the coffee pods you need for the maker, as well as instructions in English.  I speak German, but it took me several hours to work my way through the sheet of rules/instructions and we managed to miss the part about separating organic waste, so my husband had to sort our bag of rubbish on the last morning (eww).  

The landlords (a husband/wife team) were very friendly and spoke English quite well, though they seemed to man the front desk at odd times.  However, you are free to ring them on their mobile phones whenever you need assistance, and this came in handy as we arrived earlier than we had anticipated and we were able to catch the wife on her way to picking up her children so she quickly let us in and came back later to go over things with us.  

They are affiliated with the nearby Spa so there were samples of shower gel and body wash from the spa in the bathroom (smelled lovely!). They provide towels (one large and one small per person) and there was also a hair dryer in the bathroom.  The shower was hot and the pressure very good.  

The nearby spa also offers a breakfast buffet for €12.50 per person.  

Staying at the hotel, you are given a discount card which is good for a reduced ride on the Spieljoch (10% off) and I think a few other places, though we only used the Spieljoch.  

The view off the balcony is amazing and from one end you can see all the way down to the bottom of Fügen where the railway line is.  

If you do decide to stay here -- you will want to have a car, as it is a LONG walk halfway up the mountain from the Fügen stop on the Zillertalbahn.  When we left, the husband kindly offered us a lift down to the bottom, which leads me to believe they might have been willing to pick us up as well  the first day if I had enquired.  

We absolutely plan on booking here again if they have availability when we return, as for €50/night you can't go wrong.  They also do charge €50 for a cleaning fee at the end, which  I felt was a bit steep for only a four night stay, so it would have been nice if they prorated the cleaning fee based on the length of your stay, but if you are staying for a week or more, €50 wouldn't be a bad rate for cleaning.
