The apartment we booked looked adequate. However, on arrival we were met by an uncompromising host and a list of issues! There is no conventional oven in the apartment and a microwave that comes with a FIRE warning if used on certain settings. The hosts strict policy on leaving shoes at the door (the apartment is fully tiled!) is simply pedantic. We were skiing and the boot room promised heated storage - useless! We brought our boots into the apartment and caused an international incident! Taps are fitted the wrong way around with hot on the right, there were insufficient pillows, wifi didn't work and the 'host' wasn't contactable and her Mother, left in charge, couldn't speak any English which we could hardly complain about until she pushed us around and became aggressive and demanding.

Not a good experience here in Austria, we were treated like idiots and could not possibly recommend the experience
