Having travelled (overnight) with the "AlpenExpress" from the Netherlands we arrived at about 9 am! on Saturday 10th of February. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and  got the keys to our room within 2 hours, having gone for a short walk in the meantime. We felt at once this was going to be a great week and a great week it was in every respect. Friendliness, food, staff, room etc. etc. Excellent! Worthy of a fourth star, though I assume the management are quite happy with the status quo. We will be back.

More than *** really.

We just got back from a weekend trip here. 
Lovely hotel - far exceeded our expectations. We had the cheapest category of room and it was more than ample. Very spacious, extremely comfy beds, well-equipped, very good sound insulation. 

The lady at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Wait staff were professional. 

Food was excellent - both in quantity and quality. Lovely evening meals and ample breakfasts - particularly enjoyed the huge range of teas, coffees, cheeses and cereals.

Wellness area is much nicer and certainly bigger than the pictures indicate. Made good use of it to soothe our aching legs. 

Nice little touches like info leaflets on your table in the morning, telling you about activities, walks and weather outlook. Just very well-run. 

Position is handy, only a five minute walk to the centre of Fulpmes. If you are carrying ski gear, you will probably want to take a bus up to Schlick2000 as it is a steep uphill walk and would take you about 15 minutes with gear. Or you can just leave your gear in the depot at the top. 

Highly recommended - I'd return in a flash.

Great medium-sized hotel with super food and staff

We stayed here over Christmas 2017 and very much enjoyed our visit. Talking about food, friendliness, cleanliness, Brugger deserves more than its three star rating indicates.   Staff was very helpful and kitchen was willing and able to adapt to nutritional constraints (gluten free in our case). Rooms are as clean as anywhere. As a big fan of sauna, the Finnish sauna was large and hot. You could pour water on the rocks yourself, which is not possible everywhere in central Europe. We'll visit this hotel again in the future!

White Christmas in the Alps

As a family of four, we have been coming here a few times during summer. The hotel has a friendly staff, clean rooms and a good atmosphere. It is only a three star hotel, but you get so much more than that, so really take this as a value for money hotel. In the basement you will find a wellness area in top quality. The location is great, just off the Brenner bridge and with lots a sites and small villages in the Stubai Valley. A great hotel in a great location!

Really nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and nice rooms and restaurant.
Very friendly personel. The guy in the bar was extremly fast and friendly.
Fulpmes is only a short distance from the highway so it is easy to get there.
